Ordering Online -  Questions
How do I order online?
Your browser will need to be set to accept cookies to order from us. You can read more about cookies and why we use them at the cookies site. 

Find the product you want to order by: 
Search by Topic
Choose from a list of topics.
Search by Product Number Search from a complete list of all our products by product number, title. 
Search by Title Type in words to see what titles have these words in them.
Search by Keyword For your convenience, and for more information about our courses, we have created a keyword search which gives you all the audio, books, and albums that contain journeys on the keyword you selected.   

When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any product page by filling in the quantity box, and clicking on the "Order" button.  You may delete the item from your shopping cart at any time, right up until you select "submit order." 

All online orders are processed through our secure server.  Simply fill out the questions and follow the procedures as explained in the ordering system.   Of course, you can always order by calling us at (541) 770-6700 (Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM California time). You can fax us 24 hours a day (541) 770-6632.  You can write to us or order through the mail at LuminEssence Productions, P. O. Box 1310, Medford, OR   97501. 

Adding items to your shopping cart:  To add any item to your cart, fill in the quantity box, and click on the "Order" button.  You can always remove the item later if you change your mind.  From the shopping cart, you can continue shopping using any of the search methods described above, or you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

View Shopping Cart:  At the bottom of every page is a "View Cart" button so you can view your shopping cart.  You may make changes at any time.  

Changing quantities:  If you want to change the quantity of any items(s), click on the "View Cart" button to view your shopping cart, and then type the new quantity in the quantity field for each one you wish to change and click on the "Update" button.  The quantity changes will not be saved unless you click on this button!  If you type in zero and then click on the "Update" button, the item be deleted from your shopping cart.

Why is my order empty: Your browser needs to be configured to handle cookies to use this site.  This site uses cookies to keep items added to your order in the order page when you leave the ordering system.  If you leave the ordering system to view or read other pages, without cookies your order will be lost when you return. If you do not want to change your browser to accept cookies, you can call, write, or fax in your order. Read more about cookies.

Checkout:  Once you have found everything you are looking for and have added them to your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button that is on your shopping cart page; this will allow you to complete the order process.  You will then enter billing and shipping addresses, as well as credit card information, choose your shipping methods, and submit your order.  You will also still have the opportunity to delete items from your cart as you proceed.  

If you place your order on a business day (Monday through Friday) before 3 PM California time, we will process it that day (excluding holidays), otherwise it will be processed the following business day.

After finishing all ordering steps, click on the "Submit Order" button. Note: Unless you click on the "Submit Order" button, your order will not be processed.

Confirmation of Order: In addition to the confirmation presented to you immediately after you submit your order online, we will send you an Email confirmation of shipment within 2 buisness days of your order shipping. It is important that you correctly enter your Email address when placing your order.  If you do not receive an Email confirmation, you may call us at 541-770-6700 or send us a detailed message by filling out our "Order Questions" page.  Because your confirmation is sent to the Email address you provide us with while placing your order, if there is a typo or error in your Email address, you will not receive a confirmation.   

What to expect after placing an on line order: You will get an Email confirmation of your order within 24 hours.  Your order will be shipped the business day after it is processed. 

Which credit cards do you accept?  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Wire Transfers: We accept wire transfers; call, write, Email, or fax for information.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?  Yes, you can cancel all or part of your order if you Email us as soon as possible after submitting your order.  (When we receive your order on a business day,  it is typically shipped the next business day.) If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to cancel it.

Other Ways to Order
You can place an order by phone, mail, or fax in addition to ordering on-line.  Phone: (541) 770-6700; Fax (541) 770-6632 (USA).  Or, mail your order to our address below.   Please include all important information, including:
          Your name
          Address
          Product number and name of product
          Email Address
          Phone

Include your check, (International orders, please refer to special ordering information below), money order, or your credit card number, expiration date, signature, and billing address if different from your mailing address.  Include shipping and handling charges (shipping information and rates for:  U.S.A.  |  Canada  |  International).  Please note that UPS, Federal Express cannot ship to most P.O. Boxes and these expedited services require a phone number. 

Emailing an order:  Because of security purposes, the best way to order is through our online store.  However, if you want to order by Email, be sure to include your name, address, Email address, phone number, and the product number and name of the product you wish to order.  For security, you can send the first half of your credit card number and order information by one Email; then send a second Email with the last 8 digits of your credit card number, and the expiration date, to complete your order.  

Fax Orders: If you want confirmation that we have received your fax, please call at least 24 hours after you transmitted it. If you fax our office requesting information, it may be several days before a reply can be sent by mail or by fax.

International Orders, Special Ordering Information: In general, shipping orders internationally is easy if you keep the following things in mind: Payments made by MasterCard or Visa are best. If paying by check or international money order, please make sure funds are drawn ON a U.S. bank in U.S. Currency. We cannot convert checks or money orders drawn THROUGH or TO U.S. banks; they must be drawn ON a U.S. bank. We are unable to ship your order based on a photocopy of an international money order or international check that you have faxed to us and plan on mailing. Questions about an Existing Order
Order Status: Where Is My Order? 

Incorrect Item Received: Occasionally little widgets get into the mailing room and put incorrect products in your order.  If this should happen, let us know and we will promptly ship you the correct item. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy:  We will gladly replace any defective tape or CD for up to 60 days after you receive it. We will consider your request for a refund or exchange (on unopened items only) on an individual basis if you call us.  We do not exchange tape or CD albums for albums of other titles.  Call or Email us for special circumstances or more information.  

Replacement Policy and costs: All tapes and CDs are guaranteed against defects. We will gladly replace any of our tapes or CDs found defective for up to 60 days. Simply notify us in what way the tape is defective and we will send you a new one. If your tape sticks, try tapping the broad, labeled side firmly against a hard surface. We cannot replace defective tapes with tapes of different titles.  All sales are final for downloads.

Because we are phasing out our tapes for certain products that are now available in CDs, we will not be replacing worn out, lost, or damaged tapes as soon as our supply is gone. 

If you want to replace a lost or damaged CD through your use, the replacement cost is $10 per CD plus shipping and handling.  While supply lasts, if you want to replace a lost or damaged tape, the cost is $5.00 plus shipping and handling.  Please note the replacement offer applies only to tape and CD albums purchased within the previous year.

Selecting Journeys: Some people call and ask us what we recommend for them. While we are happy to assist you in selecting materials, because each person's path is unique, you are the best judge of what courses and journeys are best for you.  We suggest that you get quiet, go within, and ask your deeper and wiser self to assist you in choosing your next steps.  You can read Orin's Path of Self-Realization for ideas. Note what topics and titles appeal to you.  Follow your heart, and trust that you will be directed to the meditations that are right for you at this point in your life.
