States Postal Service
We strongly recommend
that you choose a different shipping method than United States Postal
Service since USPS is not trackable. To guarantee that you receive
your order in a timely and professional manner, we suggest that you
consider UPS Ground service which is
usually quicker than USPS, and is actually less expensive for all
orders over $10. For shipments to the East coast, we recommend
Federal Express 3-day service which
is no more than $2 more than USPS, and typically your order will arrive
at least 3 business days sooner.

You can reach someone in customer service

PM California time. You can fax us 24 hours a day at (541) 770-6632,
or send us a detailed message by filling out our "Order
Questions" page. Please allow two to three days for
us to reply to your fax questions about your order since this gives
us time to check on it.
Information
for All Orders
Order Processing
and Shipping Day: USA orders shipped
by 3-day, 2-day, or overnight service, always ship no later
than the next business day if we receive your order by 3:00 PM (California
time). For other orders received by 3:00PM (California time),
they are usually shipped the next business day, but if received
close to our cut off time might take an extra business day to process.
Checking
on an Overdue Order
We cannot follow up
on your order until it is considered overdue. If you contact
us and your order is not overdue, we will not get in touch with
you about your order. We want you to have your order as
quickly as possible, but unless your order is considered overdue
by the shipping company there is little that we can do to speed
it up.
To determine that your order is overdue add the maximum transit
time that we have indicated plus the 1 or 2 business days for your
order to be processed. Note that delivery times can vary from
one order to the next so even if your last order took 4 business
days and your current order has not arrived in 6 business days it
does not automatically mean that it is overdue. If your order
is overdue, please go here or

Missing or
Incorrect Items in your Order
If you have already
received your order and you have received a wrong item or there
is an item missing, please contact us by clicking
here or by calling (541) 770-6700.

Sales
Tax: There is no sales tax on your order.
Fax
Orders: If you want confirmation that we have received your
fax, please call at least 24 hours after you transmitted it.
If you fax our office requesting information,
it may be several days before a reply can be sent by mail
or by fax.
Wire
Transfers: We accept wire transfers; call, write, or fax
for wire instructions.
