Exchanges and Returns
If you want to exchange or return an item, please note our exchanges and return policy: We will replace any defective tape for up to 90 days from date of purchase. We will consider your request for a refund or exchange on an individual basis if you call us, for unopened items only.  We only exchange defective tapes with the tapes of the same topic.  Let us know your problem and what you want to do in the form provided below. 

Missing, Duplicate, or Damaged Items
Incorrect Item(s) Received: Occasionally little widgets get into the mailing room and put incorrect products in your order.  If this should happen, let us know upon receipt of your order and we will promptly ship you the correct item. Fill in the box below indicating the item and quantity of what you received incorrectly, and the item and quantity of what you should have received.

Damaged Item(s) Received: Indicate in the box below the item and quantity and briefly describe the damage. We will arrange to ship a replacement to you. If your order was shipped by a shipper other than the United States Postal Service, and the physical package was damaged in transit, please notify the shipping company and inform them of the damage. If possible let us know when the shipping company was informed of the damage. We appreciate your assisting us in this way.

Tape Replacement Policy: All tapes are guaranteed against defects. We will gladly replace any of our tapes found defective within 90 days from date of purchase. Simply notify us in what way the tape is defective and we will send you a new one. If your tape sticks, try tapping the broad, imprinted side firmly against a hard surface. We cannot replace defective tapes with tapes of different titles. If you want to replace a lost, worn out, or otherwise damaged tape through your use, the replacement cost is $5.00 per tape plus shipping and handling.
