Please note: You will receive a shipping confirmation by email within two business days of your order shipping. This email will include your tracking number (if applicable) and additional shipping information. Keep in mind that the following factors can determine how quickly you receive your order: 1) How long it takes us to receive your order - be it by the rapid methods of phone, fax, and online, or the slower "snail" mail service. 2) All orders are shipped within two business days. 3) Shipping transit time depends on where you live and what shipping method you have selected. 4) For international orders, customs can add additional time to the process. 5) During busy holiday seasons all orders can be delayed several days from normal. On international orders it is possible to receive one order in ten days, and another in twenty. This is not unusual, so do not judge if your order is overdue by how long it has taken you to receive your previous order. When is my order considered overdue? While the shipping companies we use typically deliver parcels sooner, they do not consider packages overdue until the above time has elapsed. It is difficult for us to do anything about your shipment until it becomes overdue. In the rare circumstances when a package is overdue please call us so we can trace it or reship it to you; or Email us using the form below. Other things that you can do to

| If your order is overdue, or if you need
to confirm that we received your order, please fill in any information
above. Please include when your order was placed and whether it was by
phone, online, fax, or by mail. If it was by mail, when did you mail your
letter to us? If you requested or were given a choice of shipping methods,
e.g. UPS, United State Postal Service 1st class, UPS overnight or two-day,
etc. what method did you request? If this is an international order, have
you contacted your custom's service to see if they have your package? As soon as we receive your query we will start researching the status of your order. It may take one to two weeks to track your order and get back to you with information, as we need to contact and hear back from the shipper who will research your order status. If you receive your order in the meantime, please let us know. |
