Welcome to our Seminar "Frequently Asked Questions" about online access. If your questions are not answered below, feel free to email us using our Guestbook feature. Please note that if you have sent questions during the seminar weekend, we will likely not be able to respond until the following week.

Password Assistance
Change Password: You can customize your password by going to "Change Password." This allows you to create any password you want, one that you can easily remember in the future.

How do I change my User ID? At this time the only User ID available is your email address.  If your email address changes, please be sure to notify us so we can update your User ID.

What do I do if I lose my password or my password doesn't work?
Remember your password is case sensitive; use upper and lower case letters as indicated. Once you have registered, you will be sent a temporary password, which you will be able to change to something that is easier to remember. If you lose your password, you can click on "lost password" on the login page, and a new password will be emailed to you within five minutes. You may want to print out your password for future reference, or record your password in a safe place.
