Ordering Online/ Finding a Product
Find a product you are interested in by going to our Browse/ Search Page where you can find what products or live seminars you are interested in, add them to your shopping cart, and then go through the checkout process. All the information you need to complete your order online is on the checkout pages.
When placing an order via email or fax, please include all important information, including:
Your full name and address
Product name/number, quantity, and price
Is this your first order or contact with LuminEssence?
If there is a change in your contact information from the last contact, please provide "old information," especially if your name has changed.
Email Address, if you have one, so that we can send confirmation of your order
Phone (most shipping methods prefer or require a phone number)
If placing order by email, then for added security we recommend that you send the first half of your credit card number and order information by one Email; then send a second Email with the last 8 digits of your credit card number, and the expiration date, to complete your order.
If you prefer to mail your payment: You can mail your credit card information, include the expiration date, signature and billing address; or you can write a check or money order. Once your payment arrives, we will ship it out the next business day. International orders, please refer to special ordering information below.
Shipping orders internationally is easy if you keep the following things in mind:
- Payments made via PayPal are an easy, convenient way to place an order. You may use any payment method accepted by PayPal. You may want to set up a PayPal account.
- Payments by check or international money order, you need to be certain that funds are drawn on a US Bank in US Currency. We cannot convert checks or money orders drawn THROUGH or TO U.S. banks; they must be drawn ON a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
- We are unable to ship your order based on a photocopy of an international money order or international check that you have faxed to us and plan on mailing.
- Depending upon destination, include Canada shipping and handling charges, or International shipping and handling charges as we are unable to process your order if shipping fees have not been included.
- UPS (available only in Canada) and Federal Express International are unable to deliver packages to most PO Boxes and these expedited services require a physical address as well as a phone number.
Pricing: We cannot confirm or guarantee the price of a product or service until you place an order. Despite our best efforts, a product or service may be mis-priced. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Payment Terms: We accept PayPal and we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You represent that the credit card you use to purchase products and services on the Website belongs to you and it is within your authority to make charges on the credit card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number—the address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, for which We are not liable. You authorize us to charge you for any products or services purchased on the Website using your credit card. The credit card will be automatically billed when there is a balance due and this may occur within the same business day as the purchase. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.
Declined Credit/Debit Cards: If a purchase has been declined due to issues with the underlying credit card, please ensure that the data is correct and resubmit it. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to LuminEssence, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your goods will be dispatched only when We receive confirmed and cleared payment. Please note that some countries limit the amount of payment that can be deducted from your card on a per-day basis, and your order will be held up until any payments clear the issuing credit card.
Customer Orders and Order Acknowledgment Policy: All orders are subject to acceptance by LuminEssence. Please note that your order will become a legally binding contract entered in between us upon dispatch of your order. Your receipt of any form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to or consent from you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. The contract between you and LuminEssence will be completed on the dispatch of the products or services ordered unless we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy: We process orders the business day we receive them and they are shipped the next business day. Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel your order. You may refuse the order when it is delivered, however you will be responsible for all shipping fees to you and return shipping fees charged to LuminEssence, which will be charged to your credit card, or otherwise deducted from your refund for the product(s) ordered. Please note that return shipping charges can be substantial on a refused International order. If your order has reached your country of destination and it is returned to us as Unclaimed or Refused for any reason, including, but not limited to customs fees imposed by your country, AFTER we have received your order back, we will refund the cost of the product(s) ordered minus any shipping fees to and from you.
Shipping: All products and services purchased on the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and the title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to a common carrier. Cost of shipping is in addition to the purchase price and must be paid according to the payment terms. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method rather than the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other postal service if you are International. Also note, most country's government charges some amount of tax to receive packages. You will have to pay this tax prior to picking up the package.
