The free music offer is 1 free track for each album ordered and applies to audio meditation albums you order either in CD or download format and does not apply to orders for seminars, music albums, audio short courses, eBooks, audio books, printed books, or single meditations. These will be added to your cart at the full $6 price, then a discount for these will appear on your invoice, so you will pay nothing for these.

To view shipping charges, use the "Estimate/Select Shipping Method" link to view various shipping options and charges. While you can estimate your shipping fees here, this may not be the actual ship fee based on the address you are shipping to and the shipping methods available to your destination. The actual shipping fees will be on your Order Summary Page.
To change the quantity of an item, enter the desired quantity in the box and click "Update."
To remove an item(s), check the box "Remove" and click "Update."

What happens when you place an order?

  • You will receive an email almost immediately confirming your order.
  • If your order includes items that need to be shipped, you will receive a second email when your order has shipped including any tracking number; and you can also log-in and check the shipping status of your order in the member's area.
  • We ship virtually all items within 2 business days of receiving your order, and often times in 1 business day.
  • If your order includes items to download, you will have the opportunity to download them immediately and can also do so at any time in the future. You can find your downloads in the Member's Area under "My Downloads and Seminars."

Storing items in your cart
If you do not remove them, items will remain in your shopping cart for at least 60 days. If you would like to order an item at a later time, use the "Save For Later" button located next to each item to move that item out of your cart. At any time you can move any or all of these items back into your shopping cart by using the "Move to Cart" button next to each item or the "Move All to Cart" button to move all of your saved items into your shopping cart. Your Saved Item(s) can be seen on your cart page and will remain there until you move or delete them.

Changing Your Order If you want to change your order through deleting items, changing quantities, adding items, or changing your shipping method, we can help you if you call us before 3:00 PM California time on the same day you place your order. After this time your order has been submitted to our fulfillment company, and we are unable to change it. You may refuse the order when it is delivered, however you will be responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges, which will be charged to your credit card, or otherwise deducted from your refund for the product(s) ordered. Please note that return shipping charges can be substantial on a refused international order.

Adding items to your order to be shipped
Until you complete the order process for this order by clicking on the "Place Order" on the order summary page, you can add or remove any items you want. After you complete the order process for this order, you will need to submit a new order for any additions to your order. If we receive an additional order before 3:00 PM the same day of your original order, we will try to ship both orders together. Any additional orders received after 3:00 PM California time, M-F on the day your order was placed will be shipped as separate orders. If you placed an order to be shipped on Saturday and Sunday, additional orders can be combined up until 3:00 PM California time on Monday, including with any Monday order up until that time.
