Instructions to customers and possible data charges from listening to the Live Feed, Streaming, or Download options:

Check your data plan! Unless you have unlimited data, be aware that you may incur data costs for listening to the live feed, streaming, and downloads, depending upon your cell phone plan or your Wi-Fi plan. We hear that during the Coronavirus crisis, many cell companies are offering free unlimited data.

Question: How much data will I use? On average, but this is quite variable--live streaming of music uses 100 MB per hour, or 8-10 hours of listening per GB. There are apps you can use and settings you can choose on your audio device that may help reduce the GBs used, however this is unique to your device and we are unable to help you with this. You may want to look into getting an unlimited Wi-Fi data plan if you do not have one already.

Wi Fi Connection: Information and costs associated with connecting through Wi-Fi.
A Wi-Fi connection includes using any device with Wi-Fi such as a cell phone, computer, tablet, and so on. This is not a phone cell signal; you are using Wi-Fi to access the internet and our website.
Wi-Fi Costs: If you are using a Wi-Fi with unlimited data, there should be no additional costs for downloading, streaming, or listening to the live feed through Wi-Fi. If you do not have unlimited data, be aware that your Wi-Fi provider (i.e. ComCast, Spectrum, etc.) may have limits to the data you can use per month without additional costs, depending on the plan you have selected with them. Again, many carriers are waiving these costs during the current pandemic.  Check with your carrier for more information.

Cell phone connection information and costs associated with connecting through a cell phone line:
With a cell phone connection you will be using a cell carrier such as Verizon, Sprint, AT&T Mobil, etc. to connect to the internet rather than a Wi-Fi connection. It is usually much more expensive to use your cell phone carrier than using a Wi-fi connection unless you have an unlimited data plan with your cell phone carrier. Thus, we highly recommend connecting by Wi-Fi rather than through a cell phone carrier.
