Duane: DaBen has an exciting seminar planned for us, lots of very subtle energies and exquisite spaces. As I was preparing this seminar and getting clear on DaBen’s goals for each part of the day, it became really clear that DaBen has been organizing a true spiritual path for us, and I think you will recognize that in this space as well.
We are going to be building on the Being space, and so for those of you who have not done that we will do a review in the first journey or two and really look at the qualities there. Then we will use the layers of light beings, and if you have not played with those yet or played with the layers of light, we will go into some depth.
It turns out that that is quite a significant doorway or portal or way to organize your consciousness around this energy, so we will spend quite a bit of time working at that as well. It really opens things up for us so we will play with that.
As we do the journeys, I have had some feedback from a few of you that some of these spaces are a little elusive in their subtlety, so just relax into the space. Follow DaBen as much as you can and find that energy.
For the few that I have worked with I suspect that what you are doing is making it too left-brain diligent. Just let yourself experience. If you are trying to organize the energy, you are headed down too tight a path. This opens up, this energy all opens up, so we will play a lot with that.
Particularly this first day if you are having any difficulty with the Being space of layers of light and playing the layers of light, which we will do in some detail, be sure to mention it at the break. Come up and ask your questions at the break so that we can change perhaps the way that you think about it or the way in which DaBen holds the energy for you, so that you can open to that space and be carried by it.
I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 02 LB974E_02J DaBen: Being space opening and deeper experience, translating to light
DaBen: Welcome.
It is our pleasure to be with you in this space, in this time, whenever you might listen to these energies, these words in journeys, for as you have been discovering in your own experience now, you can enter a world of no time and where space is more a defined attraction of likes; like energies at many levels.
So no matter where you are in time or space, these energies can reach you. Just by you tuning into these energies and opening to these spaces these energies reach you.
Connecting with your guide now, smoothly and easily.
Good. And now finding the Nu’a, and begin to reach higher and higher degrees of harmony in the whole vibrational energy bodies, Renawre cocoon, and adjusting the Nu’a just so, just the right amount of light.
Nu eee yah…
And the Dinia plane tilted just right, balancing that energy.
Din eee yah…
Letting the Leow now spin more and more intricate patterns, brighter and brighter, and just letting that energy build, bringing that opening to this whole area of energy.
Lee oww…
Letting the Mumin be transparent to all lifting energies, all opening and lifting energies, as you find the Ranthia now, even and steady, rotating to just absorb and then pass through that energy, enables you an uplifting experience, a harmony.
Rahn thee ahh…
Tray eee ohh…
That flight-like quality refining this energy, bringing a resonance, a focus.
Pie eee ahh…pie eee ahh.
Letting the Renawre now move up and fall back down around. Notice and let it find its way all the way back into the Nu’a.
Ree nawr ree nawr ree…
Very smoothly now move your awareness to the Fullonia, and take a smooth and slow pace to let that light become brighter and brighter, the Fullonia become smaller and smaller, absorbing the harmony of the Renawre cocoon and the vibrational energy bodies, smaller and smaller, brighter and brighter.
Then expanding out through that energy out to the light body, and letting the cocoon boundary extend out as far as you can easily hold in your awareness, front and back and sides, above and below.
Notice any frequencies that are easy to experience in the light body cocoon now.
Good. And now, just following this energy as you let the frequencies go from your immediate awareness, and asking your guide to hold a constant energy here.
Then follow this shift and just let that energy sort of flip over, now, so that you are experiencing your being, noticing the more in-depth qualities.
And with your guide joining you and assisting you in experiencing those qualities of your being and this space of Being, that as you absorb more and more of this energy and ability to sense at this level, you are finding that you are able to move into a sort of expanded Being, a consciousness.
This Being space now, with your guide helping you to maintain an ever-dynamic focus on experiencing this consciousness, letting the edges of that consciousness become a bit fuzzy or blurred. You have reached the limit of your ability to hold that in your awareness, the sheer volume of consciousness that you are able to experience reaches a limit for your mind in any particular instance to hold that experience.
But in that fuzziness, in that pushing the edges of your ability to be conscious, you find that experience of Being, and that you can begin to move to include a larger and larger volume in your awareness, and to recognize that your consciousness on the earth plane is but a small, small part, a unique and important part in this moment in this life, in this focus back to what you are familiar with in terms of time and space, but that you can be so much more in this consciousness, and have such a large expansion, an ability at these levels as well.
Good. The qualities of light here, the Being space, the ever-dynamic and yet there is a constancy of level, a constancy in the rate of change of your experience.
And expanding now, including as much of that Being space as you can in your awareness all at the same instant, and to notice in that Being space there is an opening, an evolving energy, a drive to gain more consciousness, to leverage on the consciousness that you are experiencing, that whole consciousness, to gain more.
In that all consciousness, in this Being space, in this drive to evolve, you are finding the beauty and perfection of this space, the peace that comes from recognizing this nature, this underlying nature of these energies.
Now, noticing in this energy, in the Being space, that you could transform part of your experience into light. Just experiment with that.
And this light is both visual and a felt-sense subtle energy light. Like physical light, but on the subtle energies where you have a much broader spectrum of light and energies that translate to light. Much as with the light body as you notice the patterns and frequencies as light, from this space you can begin to notice light as well.
Good. Now, just letting that go, just being your experience now, recalling the expanded energy, the immense energy of the Being space, as you translate that ability to be a part of that energy back in whatever way you choose to the light body, the light body cocoon.
Good. And now, just letting that go, thanking your guide, and smoothly and easily coming back to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Program 03 LB974E_03T Duane: Talk
Duane: Okay. Now, as you experienced that Being space, for most of you again just notice that as you play at the edge of expanding your consciousness, right where you almost cannot experience anymore levels, that is going to be the most opening space for you in the beginning of a journey, is to get that true sense of consciousness, all consciousness, to the degree that you can in that moment, in that space in that journey. That is just a little reminder that that might be a place you start in that space.
Okay. The next journey we are going to play once again with the layers of light. As you play with those layers of light there will be beings that will come and assist you in your playing the light show.
Because we have a mixture of language here, DaBen will probably occasionally refer to it as a light show and maybe use some musical terms as well, because you are playing the light show as though you are playing an accordion and there is some music analogy. It is light, but if music helps you make sense of it, then allow those words to intermingle.
This light has a lot of qualities of music in that you can be playing a layer of light or many layers of light at the same time, creating a harmony, a greater light show, a greater intermingling.
Okay, layers of light. Particularly for those of you who have had experience with the last seminar and playing with layers of light, whatever you experience as the layers of light see if you can enhance upon that now, enhance upon your ability to open to that.
You can picture them most easily perhaps as horizontal layers. If you are in your expanded light body, about this level, from maybe, say, the lower Pieah to the upper Ranthia, in that level. And they may expand, they may get smaller, and so on.
Unlike an accordion, unlike a musical instrument, these keys are broad and expanded, so you are playing that, but they are already interacting. If you see them as colors, then those colors are already blending and interacting with a layers next to them, or multiple layers. By perhaps the end of the seminar we will begin to see more of the nature of this, of what DaBen is calling layers of light. But for right now it is a visualization that gets us into that space, so just regard it as that, but make it as real to you as you can.
If in the beginning you are using your imagination as imagination to open that, then feel free to do that. Then after a while as the harmony starts to develop, I think that imagination will turn into a sense, so that you are sensing that energy.
The goal in this journey and many subsequent journeys playing with layers of light is to get to an ability to really play your essence of your being, so that you are expressing emotions, expressing the thought forms, expressing the space that you are in, that you are finding a way to play that light to create and to express that experience, so that you get sort of a feedback.
As you greet the beings, the layers of light beings that will come here, it is as though you are introducing you and humankind and the nature of your ability to experience to these beings, and they are very curious beings.
For those of you who have had experiences with layers of light beings and the gentle beings that they are, let your experience of them be very flexible and fluid. If you formed a picture of what they are or what they are like, let that nature be very fluid, because they will adjust themselves and their ability to be a part of the experience to the energies that are there, to the energies that are there right now.
For them shifting to a more ethereal form is easy; they just switch to another form, and then another form, so that they become a part of your experience and a part of that dance that you are creating, a part of that light show that you are creating.
In this next journey we will just touch on moving to where we will go in subsequent journeys, which is more and more deeply through this playing the light, more and more deeply expressing your unique being.
And hopefully we will get to a place that your personality, your left brain, rational mind, can get to a place that you can recognize that there is this immensity beyond your mind’s ability to hold, and yet you are an essential and unique part of that energy. So that you do not let the fact that you are in your mind’s eye in a particular scale and there is this immensity of scale beyond, that this part does not matter or is insignificant.
Let yourself expand to include that unique experience that you have as an essential part of that bigger energy. Consciousness is expressing. Your consciousness is a part of that expressing. See if you can get to that point so it is natural and you just accept that, that you are playing a role in this consciousness. The layers of light beings are going to assist us with that, help you open to that experience.
Now, as we play with the layers of light, as we play with these beings, we are opening an energy, a portal for these beings to find a way to experience the earth plane, to assist us on the earth plane in opening those experiences, so we will begin that process here as well.
Okay, I think that is all we need. If you just relax into the space, let it unfold, it should be very easy, in fact easier than you are probably expecting it to be. Just let that energy come in, let the light and your interaction playing that light gain more and more of your expression. It just opens. There is nothing you need to do other than that, just let it open. A little bit of surrendering to that, so that any pictures you have about how it is supposed to look or feel, just surrender to that.
Just a note, for a long time, because our richer language is around visual terms, we have been using visual phrases. Felt sense may be easier here, so those of you who still occasionally have trouble visualizing or difficulty in what you think your visualization should look like to you, felt sense will probably be a key doorway here, not only for you but for all of us. So let yourself expand into that, because playing those layers, that experience of light, is often a felt sense, in its beginning at least. And if you get rich visuals, that is great, play with that as well.
Okay, I think that is all we have, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 04 LB974E_04J DaBen: Layers of light, playing to beings, light of earth plane
DaBen: Welcome.
Enjoying this beginning now, this opening.
Good. Now, connecting with your guide and asking your guide to assist you in noticing any cues or other places that you could place your attention as you play these layers of light.
Finding now the harmony in the Renawre cocoon, the shimmer there of all the high spaces that you have translated back to the earth plane experience.
And finding the point of light of the Fullonia now, and out into the light body, the light body cocoon now out as far as you can comfortably hold that entire volume in your awareness, so that you are getting energy back from the cocoon and yet expanding your sensing of this energy, your being in this space.
Good. And let the Being space now infuse your experience, so that you have this larger space, just that shift into the Being space. And then your experience holds that larger energy, this larger consciousness, as you explore now layers of light in whatever way is easiest for you to begin, visualizing or experiencing the felt-sense energy of those layers.
You may notice colors, but as you play or somehow activate each layer you notice that there is a different light that is generated as you play another, so to speak, key, another layer, a different light.
And at least for a while those lights will maintain a sort of constancy, but after a while as you begin to express more and more and play more and more easily, each layer will take on a variety of light. And there can be as few as four or five keys or layers of light, or as many as you can easily visualize, perhaps 20 or more.
You begin to develop what in music would be chords as you find harmonies within those layers so that you can play those layers at the same time and produce and even more insightful light show.
Now, when you are ready, notice that you have attracted a being, or maybe two or three, very gentle, loving, and open beings, curious about experiencing the earth plane. And you as an experience you are introducing them to the energies, these attractive energies of the earth plane, so you might play a light show, a light show expressing joy or happiness or excitement.
Find that as you play these layers of light, these beings will play the harmony in that light, expanding upon and translating into more harmonies, more ways in which the intricacy and beauty of this light can be expressed, can be a part of your experience now too.
Begin to play back and forth, recreating their harmony and these beings recreating your harmony, back and forth, until it becomes simultaneous, each of you anticipating the harmony of each other.
Rich and vibrant energy now.
As you play, expand your playing your unique energy to those deepest parts of your experience of being and being on the earth plane, being the wealth of experiences and lifetimes and places and all that you are.
As you experience this now, with your guide’s assistance playing these layers of light, following these shifts that these beings will follow as well, moving into that energy, into this opening that playing the layers of light has created for you and for these beings to experience a part of the earth plane in a different way perhaps, just a glimpse, the consciousness and harmony and depth of this consciousness, this aliveness of the earth plane.
As you experience this energy, notice that there is a lightness, an opening in the normal separation of your experiences, that the light that you have played has begun to open those experiences so that there are spaces in between, spaces of experience beyond what you can experience in the normal way, an opening almost into a sort of different aspect or even dimension.
Now, begin to incorporate that opening as a part of your experience, just to note that playing the light in this way has begun to open an energy.
Good. And now, letting yourself come back smoothly and easily, thanking these beings, these layers of light beings. You may find that these same beings will be attracted next time you open that energy, that portal for them, and that you have shared through light a depth of your being.
Good. And now, thanking your guide, letting yourself come back to the light body, the light body cocoon, and smoothly and easily back to the time and space of the earth plane.
Good. And with that now, we bid you most pleasant journeys.

Duane: Okay. We are going to explore next sort of an opening or beginning part of opening the portal even further. We played a little bit with this last seminar, but this will be a step way beyond that.
As we do this, we are going to in this next journey do a beginning look, but after we have actually done that and gotten this energy there, you can skip this step. After you have gotten to the experience of the portal, then this will just be a step into it.
Now, we have available to us a lot of earth plane energy, and sometimes we appreciate it and sometimes we find it a hindrance. So we are going to use this opening the portal to begin to look at that in the following journey to really notice how to play with that energy in a different light, in a new way.
There were some really good comments at the break that I am hoping were representative of your experience with playing the layers of light. Again, if you have any questions, then come up with them at the break this afternoon. I really want to do everything to make it possible for you to have a rich experience of those layers of light and the experiences there.
Okay, I think that is all we have. Get comfortable for a journey.

Program 06 LB974E_06J DaBen: Playing layers of light for joining in volume of layers of light
DaBen: Welcome.
It is such a pleasure to be able to assist you in opening these energies to this space and time, to these beings, and we want to express our gratitude for your being willing to play in this way, for you as a group have opened very special, unique energies on the earth plane, so let us play now with those energies.
Connecting with your guide and asking your guide to assist you in forming those energies that will develop to begin to open more fully this portal, to allow energies into the earth plane to assist us in transforming certain aspects of the earth plane energy, to enhancing your ability to experience and all consciousness on the earth plane to experience.
Moving now to the Renawre cocoon smoothly and easily.
Good. And now to the point of light of the Fullonia, good, out into the light body cocoon, the cocoon boundary as far out as you can easily hold that entire volume.
Now, the Being space, just enough experience of it now to remind you of that all consciousness, that you are within and of that consciousness, and playing the layers of light now, being expressive of your unique energy in this moment, in this lifetime, in this all consciousness.
And as the layers of light beings come, enjoy that space, a gentleness, love, and curiosity, the expanding qualities, opening your light show to all the shades, or to use a musical term, an orchestra of this light show.
With that energy now, with these layers of light beings, begin to notice that you are creating sort of a large bubble or even cocoon of light, and that your harmony of this light begins to fill this bubble, this large volume of these energies.
That in the space here like energy attracts like, so that soon you are playing a large symphony of light and other symphonies are harmonizing with yours.
And in this large volume now, notice the qualities of your experience here, the lighter, more intricate patterns of light.
Good. And now, as you play in this way, reaching interacting degrees of light throughout this volume, that you are reaching an experience of the light that is possible, the interactions at this level of the layers of light beings assisting and adding harmonies and making this full light rich and full, layer after layer, more in depth, and you may find that just noticing and being in the beauty of this space.
Very good. In that beauty now begin to experience in depth, either through a visual or felt sense or just this overall sense of being, begin to notice more and more details of that depth, but details in a large, more global way within this volume.
What is it that creates the harmony in this light? The compatible patterns, one shining in the front, and then soon from behind, another in front, just the right balance of brightness and intensity and hue and tone, and all the other senses become engaged, the warmth of coolness of those colors or those lights, lights that you can look into and see a greater and greater depth, those that present a passing surface perhaps.
Just notice the details, the depth here.
Now, within this space, within this volume, begin to, with the assistance of the layers of light beings that are assisting you, begin to withdraw your symphony, but in such a clear and easy way that the other orchestras, so to speak, can begin to pick up this harmony as well. So you can be aware that this pattern that you started or joined or are a part of will continue for a time.
Good. And now, coming back to the light body, thanking these layers of light beings, just being your experience now with all the residual of that type and amount and quality of light.
Good. And now, thanking your guide and at your own pace and rhythm now coming back to the time and space of the earth plane.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Sanaya: Hello. I can feel the energy radiating from the hotel to the ground to the freeway, all this light.
I wanted to do the usual welcoming people. We have a few new people here. Can you stand up and let us say hi to you? Welcome.
Right after the announcements if you want to come up here we will meet and you can say hi to each other, and if you want to go to lunch together. During the seminar will know who you are and you can say hi to everybody.
Vi, are you here? Vi runs our Facebook group, and she invites all of you new people or others who want to learn about Facebook or you want to meet with her anytime during the seminar if you need to ask questions, and there are other people as well that you can chat with.
How about we look at the seed group? These are the people who many of them have been with us since 1990 when we started, and some have joined throughout, but they have been to many seminars. Can we have the current seed group stand up? Thank you for all the years of holding the space and opening the space.
How about the discovery group to add to that? These people have been coming for years as well. The seed group requirement for many years was to come in person, so most of these people have been coming in person as well. But no longer, now that we have moved into the age of online and Zoom, which we do hope at some point to do more Zoom seminars, maybe one day or a couple evenings.
We are working on that. Zoom is like a Google webinar. Duane is looking forward in the next couple years to starting to do webinars, or we can do an evening here and evening there, or half a day here and there, so that we can have some contact in between the six months. It is coming. We are on the verge of having more ways to connect with each other.
I thought what I would do is say hello to all the rest of you. Is there anybody who did not stand up in that last group? It is a very friendly group of people here, and people will be happy if you are new to the light body or a recent graduate, if you questions you can ask Vi or you can ask the people around here. A lot of them are teachers and full of good information about how to do DaBen’s journeys. And of course Duane is available at every break, so you can talk to him directly.
Let us say hello to everybody who is here from all around the world. There are more people doing it online right now than are here, so let us welcome the larger group and our whole group.
As you probably read, we have invited everybody Sunday morning, all the light body students, to join DaBen for a worldwide meditation, and with all the light you are opening this weekend to see if we can take that and with the whole light body group send a wave of light around the world, that new exquisite light that you are going to be playing with all weekend. It is really nice. I have had tastes of it.
To welcome people, and also you can look around if you want to see if anybody is from your area, let us start with Australia. Is there anybody here from Australia? I think everybody is taking it at home.
From Europe we have France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, and Spain. Can we have our Europeans stand up?
And then Canada, I think we have some people here from Canada. Three people here.
And in Malaysia we have a large group with Poi Lim. She has a hotel room like us and invited all her students. She translates for them in Malaysia. Welcome to her and all of her group and anyone from Malaysia.
Similarly we have Lucia Lu in China. She is in Taiwan, and she also has groups in China. Is there anybody here in person from China or Taiwan? Welcome to the Hong Kong in China and Taiwan group with Lucia. Again, they are doing it as a group like us.
Then we have the United Arab Emirates, India, Japan.
And Panama? That may be remote.
For the U.S., the Northeast; Massachusetts, Maryland, Vermont, New York.
And Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Caroline, Arkansas, and Florida.
We have Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.
Texas and Arizona.
Then we have Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming.
Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. Welcome.

And Southern California.
Did I leave anyone out, any state? Okay.
Let us take a moment just to get quiet together. Do whatever energy space feels right, and let us connect up with all the people taking the seminar live and remote, and all the ones participating this weekend in whatever way they are participating. Let us just reach out and feel ourselves as a group.
Just sense the energy going out from you and all the people in resonance to you, close energetic match that you may know or not know. Just picture waves of light going out around the world from all the light you have brought in. You have done an amazing amount of light work.
Let us combine all this into one beautiful light that we encircle the planet, this light goes out and just encircles the planet.
And you might just for a moment sense all the higher beings, the masters and guides that are with us, that are with you. This is a huge group work, to bring light to the planet, to the earth, to the people, so that we become a point of light within a greater light.
And then we will notice Sunday morning how this energy continues. Throughout the weekend you will be building this light and feeling it radiate and come back to you.
Something I personally like to think of is that "I live in a lighted house." My consciousness is my lighted house, and I do not let things into it that I do not want. I am working on that and the energies in there; that I have provided my consciousness with a lighted house to rest in, to come home to. If that is of any help, the kids in my family really like that image, the 20-year-olds and the teenagers say they like that, that "I (they) live in a lighted house." That has been one of my favorite images to hold as we do all this light work.
Duane: Okay. In this journey we are going to look at the earth plane in perhaps a different perspective. These layers of light beings that we are opening the portal for and that have come through can assist you in doing that. It seems that they have a great depth of understanding of planetary energy and in many ways particularly like the earth plane.
So we can begin to as individuals in our experience, in our relating to earth plane and by extension our culture and so on, can begin to notice more and more aspects that are essential to those qualities that we may have labeled as not something particularly useful to us or even detrimental. We can perhaps begin to recognize that that is the nature of this energy and it is an essential part of that energy.
It is finding that that energy is of value when you know how to use it and know how to be in it. We are tackling another area, where DaBen said that there is no bad energy, just energy you do not know how to use yet, so we are beginning to explore this and look at that and the vibrancy.
As you play with it there is a lot of energy available to you that is yours to use as you understand it, as you know about its nature. We will begin to look at that in this journey.

Program 08 LB974E_08J DaBen: Drawing energy from earth plane consciousness, layers of light beings
DaBen: Welcome.
As you experience now your physical being, you are experiencing an aspect of the physical earth, the physical plane, the matter that the earth has brought about and created an opportunity for this consciousness to find expression, you as consciousness to find expression, the group of your beings, group of people, to find expression, to find consciousness, to evolve.
And begin now to expand your normal perspective from that of a human lifetime, however many decades that might be, and compare that to the appearance of human beings in forms very similar to the being that you are, more than 400,000 years ago.
Just give yourself a moment to make sense of that comparison, from maybe 100 years to hundreds of thousands of years.
Finding now the Renawre cocoon with this expansion of time, not quite no time, but expanded sense of time, a sequence of consciousness evolving.
And the point of light of the Fullonia now to the light body and the light body cocoon, connecting with your guide.
Good. And playing the layers of light now to open for these layers of light beings, playing your unique energy, finding that harmony, and using these beings to assist you in enhancing the light as we look at experience in various perspectives of the earth plane.
As we look back at hundreds of thousands of years to millions of years and the various elements and bringing together of consciousness, expressing perhaps as beings or just as energy forms that become beings, going back millions of years and various forms of beings, the consciousness that the earth was developing.
Recognize that a part of that consciousness on this earth plane, this spaceship earth as some have called it, is one of constant recycling of energy, of using this energy to create new forms. And to maintain the earth at a temperature that is suitable for your form of life, an oxygen amount that is suitable for your form of life, achieving that and all the levels of intermediate forms and beings.
And expanding back now not just millions of years but billions of years, and the consciousness derived from the solar energy, and the connections and consciousness of the earth as a planet, so that you begin to recognize the recycling, the competition, the requiring of energy to maintain and where that energy is acquired.
And the food chain, the cycle of beings, each with their own lifespan, so to speak, all interconnected.
Playing the layers of light now with assistance, to recognize the underlying, or more underlying nature of this energy, so that you can find in that competition and in that opening of energy to create new forms that you can find energies here that enable you to open more fully to the very nature of life that brings you to your existence, that your vast consciousnesses work within and are of this energy of the earth.
And your higher consciousness, your expression of you in the culture and on the earth plane, your mental structures, your thought forms, the maintenance of those, the connections of those, the stage of evolution that this is at for you, that your vast consciousnesses create the opportunity for you at an individual personality mental level to continue that evolution.
And in that time frame then and in your vast consciousness, trillions of cells and trillions of associated small microbial lifeforms. And of what your scientists call species, of your species the billions that make up a wider population and culture and its evolution, and that your beingness is a part of that expansion, a part of that evolving.
And as you play in these subtle energies, as you explore this what has been called a spiritual nature of your beingness, that you are opening an evolution, that you are in that process. And at an individual level this evolution might be thought of as spiritual growth.
Recognize that your unique qualities add a depth and breadth to the possibilities and potentials of that growth, that evolution.
With the layers of light beings now, play this perspective, these perspectives, your consciousness as light on these layers of light, these beings adding more and more harmony, creating an orchestra of light.
Good. With this perspective now, with this light that you are playing with the assistance of these beings, look at in more depth now within this larger perspective the culture of your immediate circle of contacts, not just circle of friends, but contacts, all of the things that you supply and are supplied by the culture that you are within, both from a material level for your physical presence and maintaining that over time, but also from an intellectual, conceptual, belief system level.
Recognizing the competitive nature of that as a part of the earth plane energy, and the evolution of that to other expressions, one of greater harmony and cooperation, and recognize the ebbs and flows of this evolution, as it were, and the power that is there in those ebbs and flows.
That the dissolving and forming of those thought forms and belief systems release and express at a higher level more and more of this energy, this higher consciousness, and just as you recognize the vast expanse from a 100-year lifetime to hundreds of thousands of years, the evolution of these thought forms and the power that comes from recognizing the light in this way.
Using these beings of light then to expand upon that, to build your ability to sense, and to indeed take advantage of that energy that is just waiting to be used in a higher and higher way.
Good. And now, just letting that go, but playing your experience now as light with the layers of light beings enhancing that, so that you can see and experience here even more.

Duane: Okay. We are going to look a little more into earth plane energy, but hopefully you are beginning to get the sense that when DaBen this seminar is talking about earth plane energy he is talking about a whole other level, an in-depth look at experience of earth plane energy.
We played before about being in and of the energy a lot last seminar. That was a theme last seminar, of being in and of the energy and working with that, the being space, and then evolving with peace, that aspect.
We are going to look this time at a more particular area of that, and that is the earth plane and its energy, and its long organization of consciousness of which we are a part. We are not just in the cosmic, we are from the earth plane, we are on the earth plane in this energy now.
We often in our lives have probably just taken it for granted the way that it is, or railed against some of its aspects and so on, and a lot of that resolves into culture and whatever. But let us see if we can look with playing these layers of light, use that as a way with assistance, and that is not in language, it is in this light, but you can translate it as a felt sense or as a way however you experience that.
These layers of light beings can begin to, as they harmonize with your unique energy, you will get really good at playing that so it is just an expression, with not steps in between, it is just an expression of your beingness.
So as we play in this way, you can use the earth plane energy to do that, to get that sense of being a part of this energy, of being able to use and play with this earth plane energy in its own form, in its own right. Let us look at that in this next journey, looking in more depth.
Now, because it is layers of light and it is going to come more directly into your experience than through language, to the degree that you can, just let that happen. Let it happen without words if you can. And if you find it a support to have some thought or some word as an expression, or some phrase as an expression, then do that too.
Just recognize that you can set little milestones for yourself and they may be clues to you as to how to get back into the space, but the words themselves, the concepts themselves, are not going to get you back into these spaces. But if you can use them as markers, that would be great.
Earth plane usually implies slightly going back into lower energies. We are going to see if we can find the high aspects so we can bring our experience of this earth plane up to a higher level.
Okay, I think that is all we need for a journey, so get comfortable for a journey.

DaBen: Welcome.
As you explore now, as you look at these energies, earth plane energies, ordinary reality energies, the constancy of the earth plane energy allowing you as a presence, as vast consciousnesses, to expect and rely on the energy in all of its various forms that you need to have a presence here.
And to the degree that you can, find that energy behind your usual way of noticing these, the air about you, the energy you take in as food and water, the cycles of sunshine and starlight.
Good. And now, connecting with your guide, and asking your guide to assist you in bringing out of the various concepts and energies that you experience more and more detail so that you might notice the levels of energy within your first impression.
Good. And finding the light body now, the point of light of the Fullonia and the light body cocoon.
Now, more and more details of this earth plane energy as experienced from the light body level. And then playing the layers of light, just letting them become more and more a part of your experience, and as your experience increases let the layers of light gain in richness and depth, so that as you play there is all sorts of light, intricate patterns of light that come from each note, as it were.
As you explore in this way, as the beings of layers of light join you, begin to really explore the light of this higher aspect of the earth plane. And recognize that when experienced in just the right way, that you can find earth plane energy developing or having a presence in this higher energy as well.
Recognizing that in part you have been a part of opening the consciousness of the earth plane, of humankind, that becomes a part of the earth plane energy, becomes a part of the way in which its consciousness at its vast scale begins to be able to expand into and open.
Within this energy now with these layers of light beings, see if you can find a way to play this light show and let the layers of light beings harmonize with you that expresses your experience of the earth plane, the layers of light beings harmonizing with this energy, and perhaps then adding counter melodies, for lack of a better term, in this show of light of their experience of the earth and planetary consciousness.
To the degree that you can discover as you play in this way, notice how the earth plane in its vast consciousness is opening to the new energies, is evolving into some of those new energies and evolving in its own right.
As you experience this then, recognizing the foundation, what is often called a grounding energy, that you can rely upon in the earth plane at this lifetime, and the beauty of all of the expressions of the consciousness of the earth plane, the aspects of life force that are here, including you of course, but all the other life force energy and the consciousness that extends beyond that into any degree of order, and all the patterns of the ways in which the earth has organized these energies.
Good. And reaching a sort of peak in that energy now which your experiences of the beauty and the intricacy of this energy and of your consciousness has revealed in that light show, the layers of light beings, recognizing that you have this beauty and foundation to always call upon. Now that you can find it at these higher levels, you can find it in even lower forms of energy; forms of energy that have the power at the level that you can most appropriately use.
Good. And now coming back to the light body, the light body cocoon, thanking the layers of light beings for assisting you in yet more discovery of the energies that can be opened with and experienced through this light show.
Good. And now, thanking your guide and letting yourself come back to the light body cocoon, and then smoothly and easily back to the time and space of the earth plane.
And as you come back, notice that you can find equivalence of this energy of the earth plane that you have been playing with in your experiences of ordinary reality.
Good. And coming back now smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane.

Using all of your experiences and senses that you can bring to bear on your ability to experience, all of the senses that you have developed to be in these higher spaces, to navigate, as it were, within these energies, and now you have an even greater reservoir of energy through the earth and the earth plane available to your consciousness.
So connecting with your guide now and asking your guide to assist you in finding just the right timing and intensity of your experience as we explore.
And moving to the light body, the light body cocoon now.
Good. Now, playing those layers of light, playing with those beings as they are drawn to this light show.
Good. And now, reaching to the being space and that expanded, evolving, driving force of the being space, layers of light opening this energy.
And as you play your unique energy now as it is experienced throughout your ever-shifting focus and awareness of consciousness from the earth plane that you have just played with, to the highest spaces of the light body, to luminous light and opening that energy, to building consciousness, expressing the most essential, the most elemental of your consciousness unique to you as you became an expression at an individual level and as you have built your consciousness since, however many lifetimes ago and life places that might have been.
Getting in touch with the light that is there, playing that light such that the light begins to expand out into that bubble that we played with earlier, forming a bright light within that bubble of all the light show.
Good. And in that volume now begin to notice that the energy, the light, builds and builds. And as it builds it creates a sort of opening, a space where this energy begins to create in itself a shift in this energy, a shift in energy that begins to form a different vibration and pattern, a portal, as it were. Not portal as in a sense of a tunnel, but a shift in the way the energy organizes.
And that energy organizes as though to create almost another dimensional opening, so that you can move up to and begin to move into that portal. With subsequent skills we will move through that portal, but for now just notice a sense of the energy that is there, that these beings have used a beginning opening to come and assist you and the earth plane in opening.
And notice the qualities of the energy in this portal, as it were, in this shift of energy, this opening dimension.
And with your guide’s assistance expand out on that energy so that you can experience more and more of these beings of light, these beings of the layers of light, the exquisite subtle energy, the beauty of this space, that you can begin to experience even more directly the harmony of the light show, the interweaving of the patterns that these beings have been showing us.
Having experienced this dimension now, this portal, you can begin to notice the qualities of energy, some of which are familiar to you from the higher spaces, some perhaps are a new variation of energy.
And comparing now to your experience of the earth plane you can recognize that there is within this energy the beginnings of a further bringing of harmony and blending of energies on the earth plane, using that subtle energy light, an opportunity to all who are attuned to these higher earth plane energies to expand, to use this energy in their own experiences, in their own unique ways.
Following this shift now to make it even easier for you to reach these experiences, to notice this pattern and evolution.

Duane: We are going to explore next another way to use our connection to groups of many kinds to notice the patterns of those connections and how we experience them. There is a lot of power in a group, in being in a group, and we will just look at that. It adds breadth to your experience, your ability to experience, and it adds a depth.
In this case we will know the layers of light beings and we will know other groups that are associated, or like energy drawing like in this space, but you need not know anything more about it than whatever sense you have of the group. And you can spend some time, a little bit of time trying to sense more of that energy, adding even more to your awareness. But just knowing that that group is there is a good beginning. So just let that explore.
Now, to continue to play the layers of light and to express your unique energy let yourself open to that space even more, expressing that unique energy, whatever that means to you. It will happen very easily and quickly. Just to the degree that you can surrender to that flow and see what your experience is.
A very real sense as far as your experience, you really cannot experience through your energy, through your presence on the earth plane, anything other than your unique energy, but we often do not take any, or have not spent any time really looking at that other than from sort of an outside personality level rather than our pure energy.
With the light body from the very beginning we played with that. And one of the phrases that was poorly understood sometimes is finding things as energy. You now have the skills to really find things as energy at a more deeply experienced level. Just let yourself explore that even more.
Okay, I think that is all we need for a journey, so get comfortable for a journey.

DaBen: Welcome.
Finding your energy now, your experience of ordinary reality, having played in these high spaces.
Good. And now, connecting with your guide and asking your guide to assist you in keeping the various groups that we will interact with, good, as a part of your experience. It is our pleasure to watch as you each set up these energies. Indeed a very wonderful energy.
Now, reaching the light body, the light body cocoon, and begin to play these layers of light then. And recognize that as you do, that you have had this portal opened and these beings can come instantaneously to your experience and assist you in playing, to creating from your unique experience, and these beings finding that harmony of light to your experience.
Begin to create enough light here, as though you are playing an orchestra of light, and these beings begin to supply more and more harmony, as though there are more and more instruments if this were an orchestra.
So that the light of this light show begins to be a part of your felt sense experience, begins to be such an integral part of your beingness here at this level that it energizes or activates parts of your light body in order to keep up with this energy.
Good. And in addition to those listening to these journeys, whenever that is, this larger group, you begin to notice that as you pay attention to just outside this group there are other groups playing light as well. They may be different types of instruments, a different experiential level or type of experience, all playing light.
And as you become aware you begin to harmonize, using the layers of light beings to bring that first level of harmony, until soon there is a group, and another group, all playing light, experiencing light, a number of orchestras playing light in harmony.
Good. And noticing these patterns now among all of these orchestras becoming one, playing the same harmonies and all their different renditions of this energy, and from that notice more and more of your experience, the breadth and depth of that opening.
Good. Now, from that, from all of that expression now, finding the theme that is your unique energy as it is a part of this many orchestras.
Now, with your guide’s assistance, finding your unique energy in that many orchestras and just surrendering to all of the energies of this flow, sort of absorbing this breadth and depth of experience to the degree that you can, picking the most instructive and attractive pieces of this energy to incorporate as a part of your repertoire of playing this light show.
Good. And now just letting that go, and thanking these layers of light beings, thanking all of the groups that have been a part of this larger orchestra, as it were.
And as you come back to your layers of light, the beings, thanking them again, and then thanking your guide, and then smoothly and easily translating that energy back, so that you have a light show in your experience as you come back through the Renawre cocoon and adding this as a particularly organized shimmer in the Renawre cocoon.
Good. And now, thanking your guide and coming all the way back now to ordinary reality, the time and space of the earth plane.

As you become aware of your experience as you move to the light body, the light body cocoon, and as you play in this way, experiencing this openness and underlying sense of gratitude and love, of ability to experience in this place and time, this space, these energies.
This time let the layers of light beings that you have become familiar with begin playing those layers of light, and then you respond with harmonies of your experience, made from your experience.
So that as this volume, this bubble of light becomes brighter and expands, there is a genuine expression of your unique energy.
Good. Now, as that light builds you can initiate that opening, this shift of energy of the portal now, by bringing your awareness to that opening, letting those energies shift, almost as if they collapse in on themselves to open another dimension, as it were, so that there is an exchange of energy.
With your guide’s assistance now, hold a steady energy in your experience, a dynamic yet steady energy, as you let this opening of the portal through and around you, so that these layers of light beings who are assisting you in playing the layers of light in this way have more and more energy available to them, that they can take on more and more substance of earth plane experience.
So sharing with them now your experience of being in this energy so that they might, as you have, experience themselves in ways that you have been sharing yourself, and opening to humankind and opening to these beings.
As you play here, let the energy of this opening give you new perspectives on your earth plane presence and the way in which you expand into and experience the earth plane energies.
As you experience in this way, begin to notice the quality of light, the intensity of light of this portal compared to your experiences on the earth plane, the quality of this light, its brightness. Perhaps you can notice a difference, a depth, the way in which this light interacts with your consciousness compared to earth plane light and energy.
Now explore your sense of this energy, your felt sense of this energy, comparing the earth plane, ordinary reality experience and the light body experience, their commonalities and differences, and then compare that to this light body comparable level of this layers of light beings energy, this portal.
You might notice that this layers of light beings energy, this portal opening, has a lighter quality. Not more intensity, but just a lighter felt sense, a lighter feel, that the colors, if you can experience them as though through a prism, have a different sort of spectrum.
As you explore, let yourself come back to the light body and the light body cocoon with this greater awareness, this expanded consciousness of energies. And we will explore more in the coming journeys of this energy, as you have experienced this energy.
Now, thanking these layers of light beings and play the layers of light in greeting and in thank you, and then thanking these layers of light beings and thanking your guide, and smoothly and easily coming back to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm.
