Duane:  Welcome and good afternoon. 

This is not exactly our teardrop, but the energy has been strong.  So let us begin by just finding the seed group as energy wherever they are so that you can have that as a beginning connection, and we will build on that energy as we continue to connect. 

We have new expanded definitions of connections.  We may review and do an expanded seed group of that at some point. 

Okay.  The main seminar reached some really good spaces and went further than I had thought we would in terms of the solidity of that experience.  It is still a bit elusive, but it is a great experience, so we will build on that as one of the journeys this afternoon. 

To assist us in doing that let us look at the pace at which DaBen has been using to make it easier to follow and describe the experiences.  It is sort of a little like the natural rhythm, natural pace, that as we up that pace some things become easier to experience and some things, unless you know what your experience parameters are, become very difficult. 

So let us just experiment as seed group to see if we can up the pace a little bit to see where that might go, so that we have a sort of basis for expanding into other areas where this becomes important as having a faster pace, having multiple tracks, so to speak, all at the same time.

So we will see if we can play with that, and we will do that around expression and experience and build on that then, do a sort of back and forth. 

Okay.  I hope everyone is comfortable and has had a good experience in the main seminar so that we will build on it here.

Program 02 LB976X_02J DaBen Journey DaBen: Flow of expression to experience at a fast pace

DaBen:  Welcome. 

As you explore and play in this way recognize that you are building consciousness that in itself becomes a focus, a direction.  And for this journey let us play with the consciousness that you have built in the main seminar and the skills and senses that you have expanded upon and enhanced. 

So finding the group now. 

Better.  Let us see if we can do even better still, making that an even more shared space, shared light, all of you a part of that light. 

Good.  And more energy in that light between all of the seed group members. 

Better.  Becoming very good now.  So just continue that sense of connection as a part of your consciousness for a little bit, and then it will be established as an energy in its own, so to speak. 

Connecting with the group in this way and connecting with your guide so that the combined energy of the guides and your connections really creates a pressure, a force of its own, opening a space here. 

Excellent.  Okay.  Noticing your experience, just the energy of it, how strong is that experience of this space, of your energy, of your ability to connect and be in this experience, how many other experiences are a part of this energy for this journey, of the seed group and of this opening we are doing as a group, and just begin to shift and balance that focus, that energy of your experience.  Not to change it necessarily, but to bring a focus, a consciousness, awareness. 

And broadening your experience now to include what we have played with in terms of noticing you as an expression of a higher consciousness, of consciousness at a higher level rather.  So that the group begins to be a part of your consciousness, a part of the way in which you experience. 

And noticing that expression from this higher energy and your experience, and begin to move more quickly between noticing that an expression has come about and your experience of having and being in that expression. 

And even more quickly back and forth now, experiencing that expression from higher energies, and then that expression itself, and then experiencing that expression, and that expression. 

So it becomes fast enough that it sort of blends, becomes more natural, so that your experience takes on the ability to find that expression and be the experience, and have it be a simultaneous almost energy, and then soon a simultaneous experience and expression. 

So you have the opportunity here to play with the nature and character of that expression, the boundaries that have formed that expression coming into your consciousness, your consciousness in this time and space, your consciousness with all the attractions of other consciousnesses in space. 

So that as you continue to attempt anyway to notice enough distinct of the expression from the higher energies and your ability to experience begins to open an energy in itself, much as you have played with already in that dynamic of the moving like attracts like in space, and that dance creating a consciousness in its own. 

And beginning to explore that here at this pace in such a way that it almost becomes a consciousness in its own right, this dance, this back and forth, and thus becomes an experience. 

And just maintaining that simultaneous really back and forth now in your awareness, enjoying the energy that this creates, the opening, the experience of that opening. 

Good.  And now using your experience of the group energy and this pace to open to this level of consciousness now where you can hold all of this at the same instant in your experience, multiple expressions. 

Good.  And now just let that settle a bit, being your experience.  And as it settles, as that intensity begins to become more even it will be easier to separate your experiences. 

Good.  And again now finding that expression from the higher energies to your experience, finding other expressions and your experience at this pace, the experience and the expression are almost simultaneous.  As far as your ability to distinguish they really have become simultaneous, they are of the same energy, and you are able to find another expression as well and hold that experience. 

Very good.  Staying with that now, letting it build, carry you, the group energy giving you a focus, a base of reference almost, and it is upping its energy as each of you do, lifting your experience, so that what it is that you are experiencing in this light becomes more intense and more defined, more information, for lack of a better word. 

Good.  So as you explore here, as you find that intensity and these multiple experience tracks, as it were, and their expressions, it becomes that you now more completely join with a sense of no-time that being space, the being energy, with such a broader ability to perceive. 

Good.  Notice how this can come together as it has done to create a sort of continuous but expanded, enhanced experience all at this pace, almost at a no-time, simultaneous time sort of level in your ability to distinguish and experience, and yet you can find within your focus each of the elements in its own pace. 

Very good.  And just letting that go now, being your experience, thanking your guide and the energy of this group as individuals and as a group, so that you have this flow, this depth of combined experience and expression. 

And then coming back smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane at your own pace, and with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Program 03 LB976X_03T Duane: Talk

Duane:  Okay.  Very good. 

As we look in more depth at this sort of energy, let us look from the seed group at something we touched on again in this last journey, and that is new streams of experience from inventing avenues of expression, so that you notice even more of the details of being in that space, of opening to the flow. 

So as we explore here, let that experience take on more — so that you can grasp that form more clearly, the nature of that energy more clearly.  So that that expression, the new expression, inventing that expression in the new stream of experience becomes a sort of second nature, something that you can do and experience, much as you just did in the last journey with pace and rhythm. 

And DaBen will play a bit with that as well, so that as you explore in this way you recognize that there is a whole breadth and wealth of possibilities for expression from all of the energy that you are, and are of, and all that you represent, and that you can be experiencing that through this physical presence on the earth plane and on presences above.  And by doing that on the earth plane more avenues, potential avenues of expression occur to you, occur to your thought process, occur to your energy experience, your intuition, and begins to open in that way. 

So building on this first journey let us look now at this new streams of experience.

Program 04 LB976X_04J DaBen: New streams of experience, inventing expressions, natural for you now

DaBen:  Welcome. 

Very good.  It is such a pleasure to see you reestablish those energies, those connections of the seed group, and create that opening in the energy to make it easier to experience, to hold those spaces. 

Good.  Now once again looking at your experience, and then moving to the light body and the light body cocoon, connecting with your guide, and maintaining that connection with the seed group and the energy of that as a group. 

Good.  And now, finding that higher energy of expression as we did in the main seminar and this last journey, and keeping the pace comfortable for you to notice these energies and aspects of these energies. 

And with that now, holding that one expression that you have chosen, and then finding another or inventing another, and out of that expression there is a flow, and the expression came to you out of that flow, out of that natural being space perhaps, expansion. 

And notice that you can experience both now easily.  And as you up the pace with these energies it becomes easier for you to be your experience and to be that energy, to be that expression, to move within that experience in such a way that you can be creative about experiencing, about noticing, and using this pace you can find expressions of other energies, truly creative in your expression.

And as you experience in this way you have become more and more capable of experiencing, of communicating, as it were, with light in these spaces, in these ways of experiencing in this light of expression. 

Very good.  You are following these shifts very easily.  Just let your experience unfold, as it were. 

Good.  And notice the quality of this energy, how smooth it is, how soft to your experience, and yet it is a carrier of that ability to experience these energies.

Very good.  And now just letting that go, being your experience, thanking the seed group as a group and as the energy there, and thanking your guide. 

Good.  And then letting yourself come back smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm. 

And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Program 05 LB976X_05T Duane: Talk

Duane:  Okay.  Let us do a little change of pace.

As a seed group your energies in the last two journeys were very far out, very exquisite.  So let us just do a little change of pace and then we will return to related to expression in the last journey. 

Let us just look at this global situation that we are having and get DaBen’s first impressions and perspectives, which he has viewed as opportunity for all of us, for humanity.  And he views the light body and this group and the seed group in unique positions to put light into these situations and energies. 

So not only following the words for the concepts in the next journey, but more importantly to follow the energy behind that and begin to look in depth at the way those energies move out, so that we might notice more about the potentials and opportunities and possibilities at a whole variety of levels. 

Okay, get comfortable for a journey.

Program 06 LB976X_06J DaBen: Vast consciousnesses, humanity, and opportunity

DaBen:  Welcome. 

And connecting with your guide and moving to the light body cocoon, the cocoon boundary as far out as you can comfortably hold, very comfortably hold that entire volume, just so that you have energy coming back to you and you can watch the light body energy in its entire volume easily. 

And notice the variations in each of the sort of sections or however you experience the divisions or the ever-shifting perhaps conditions and interfaces and maybe even boundaries, so that you have full use of your experiencing here, a full accounting, as it were, of those expressions. 

Good.  And with this opportunity then let us look at these energies.  At a physical level you are on the earth plane, a planet with a food chain and an ecosystem as a way of transferring energy, of creating with that energy life and life forms. 

And we have talked often about vast consciousnesses, about the cells that make up your body and all of the other micro-organisms that contribute to maintaining that body so that you can be an individual and contribute to a higher consciousness, which then contributes to the ability to have energy for these vast consciousnesses to open in particular ways, to be inventive, to evolve.

So as we look at this, this is just another event in which a new form of organism, a smaller form, a virus as your scientists call it, to compare and look at DNA and all of the ways in which vast consciousnesses develop and evolve in seeking their own energy source.

In this case, unfortunately for you, you are that energy source.  And these episodes happen in a fairly regular frequency until the organisms that are in the food chain, so to speak, develop an ability to combat that particular one, and there is a long list of ones that they have already successfully beaten down or are in the process of doing away with as they come.  This is but an opportunity for those organisms. 

And for you, you at a personality level, you at a human cultural level, it is a disruption.  But a disruption that gives you and humankind a chance to refresh their view of the way in which they are so interdependent and the way they connect to higher energies. 

So that as you explore in this way you have an opportunity to take and transform any of the fear and discombobulation of trying to find new ways to be and interact and meet your physical and emotional needs, and to expand, to use those expansions into these higher realms to bring light into some of those interactions at the cultural level, at the human-to-human interaction, so that the basis of that interaction contains more light and has the opportunity to create more light.

And we see that humans are doing just that.  There is all the noise of this and that, confronting the premature death or the fear of death in general in the culture.  And yet without you would not have a focus, you would not be able to move to another opportunity.  And you have chosen an entity of species, to use your scientific term, that has a particular lifespan, lifecycle, and in that they have packed a great deal of growth and expression.

And the consciousness that you have built does not go away.  It is maintained as a part of the earth plane consciousness and shared with other consciousnesses within the larger universe. 

So recognize that this is a natural part of the flow, and that the earth is constantly inventing new life forms and letting old ones go to create opportunities for new forms and new ways of being. 

We are confident that the earth plane has great hopes for humans to create a more global connected network, a consciousness to express more and more deep levels of the earth plane.  The earth is evolving as time and all of these interactions. 

Much as you creating expressions for your consciousness within the realm of the culture and your mental and emotional, your species’ nature, the earth is also inventing consciousness, inventing forms of that consciousness.  And always testing, always creating circumstances in which an organism will adapt, will evolve in some way, will become more conscious. 

So you have the opportunity at an experiential level to witness that, to be a part of that, to make a contribution even in the form of light and opening.  And now is a great time.  Humanity in a larger degree is paying more attention than normal, has been forced to break out of its patterns, its habits, to find new. 

And the more of you that play in light, whether it be in light body types of energy or others, have an opportunity to have that light become in part a basis of new interactions, new ways of beings. 

And for each of you it is an opportunity to reexamine your presence and the way in which you express that presence on the earth plane so that a new purpose might emerge, a new recognition of a purpose, new forms might emerge, certainly new thought forms.

And with your experience here of finding and inventing avenues of expression you have a great opportunity.  And there is a right timing to this, to taking advantage of the opportunities that might shift outer forms in your life, or not much might shift but your inner value and assessment of value might rearrange to your greater betterment. 

So use your skill in this culture to expand your growth and opportunity, to recognize these patterns, and to hold this constant light that you have become so good at, and just resonate with it, radiate it, and so whoever might be at just the right level has encouragement, has a natural opening.  And you can never notice all of the shifts, but you will probably recognize from even our meditation for the groups this morning to have those shifts, to notice them.

Good.  So we encourage you to explore, to be open, and to make your contribution with light, with intention of light, and in what other ways you might be drawn to or choose.

Good.  And now, just letting that go, being your experience, noticing the energy of your expression and the opportunities that it tends to identify quite naturally. 

Good.  Letting yourself come back smoothly and easily now to the time and space of the earth plane. 

And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Program 07 LB976X_07T Duane: Talk

Duane:  Okay.  That was a change of pace. 

So let us change the pace again back to expressions, looking at that energy, noticing those patterns more and more completely, and to look at one of the areas that you have played with but we might add a more in-depth look that might assist you in noting that energy and being in that energy more comfortably. 

As DaBen is showing and explaining the energy, if it resonates with you and it makes an opening for you, then fine, explore it.  If not, then it was just an opportunity to look at another aspect of energy and you have already gained a greater mastery. 

It was something that we were originally going to include in the main seminar, but people were doing so well we decided it was an auxiliary issue.  So let us just look at it now to see if it has any value or whether we have gone beyond it.  We are the seed group, after all. 

Okay.  I think that is all we need in introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 08 LB976X_08J DaBen: Release of expressions, volume visualization, seed group experiment

DaBen:  Welcome. 

You have done very, very well.  You have reached a level of coherency, and that does not capture it fully, but you have reached a level of coherency in this energy, in these patterns, in this flow, that will serve you and us very well in opening the next energies in the seminar coming up in October. 

So explore now.  Connecting with your guide, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon, at a comfortable distance, just a little larger than you might find fully at ease. 

Good.  And now, within the light body cocoon notice your connecting, your finding that energy of expression, experiencing that. 

Good.  And now, as a part of that experience notice how it is that you are forming that experience. 

You may find that you are forming it in an area that you might call within your physical presence within your head perhaps, or with an expanded volume that you can easily identify, and that it is more associated with your physical presence, your physical ease on the earth plane, than it is the light body, but the light body gives us a good glimpse into that area, into those energies. 

And you may experience it as a volume, or have experienced it as a volume, a changing, dimensional volume, perhaps bounded by undulating or irregular planes, perhaps three planes intersecting forming a volume.  Whatever you are experiencing there, just see if there is any change within that area or an area that you might associate with this experience and having this experience. 

And if you can identify or have a similar experience or one that is not very similar but that you can identify changes as your experience changes, just notice the nature of that change, and begin to, as you notice it, let it correspond, let it find a correlation to the quality and intensity of your experience, as though this area is registering intensity or pressures from a variety of types of energy. 

And by being in this space and recognizing this you may gain further richness to your experience, a variety of measures, not in a scientific or rigorous sense of earth plane measurement, but a measure of the intensity and the qualities and the way it comes together; an enhanced ability to experience, an opening. 

And with this enhancement, if you can find it there, if not you have had great experiences so just continue those however you experienced it as a felt sense or visualization or just a being. 

And there may be times that that volume all comes together, and in coming together superimposing, as it were, that really disappears.  It is only the volume it seems that counts.  So just play with that now and exploring.  We are just exploring ways to experience, ways to enhance our experience. 

Expressing, experiencing that balance, exploring there with or without an awareness of any volume that you might have played with or seen, and notice the peace of the experience of this process of expressing. 

That you have achieved a level of mastery that gives you that peace and that power behind the energy where the process is no longer just something that happens but something that you can observe it happening, and notice the energy there and experience that energy in your experience. 

Very good.  And now finding the group energy of the seed group, and just with your peace now let it be a part of that energy with the gratitude and appreciation for the openings that you and this group have made possible for all of the group and for beings well beyond; truly a seed group.

Good.  And it is with our deep appreciation and gratitude for your opening these energies and playing in this way.  It has created these opportunities and made a great shift, a great potential for further shift in the consciousness of humans and the earth plane, and we look forward to continuing these explorations. 

And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys as you come back, thanking your guide, smoothly and easily, most pleasant journeys.
