Duane: Good morning, and welcome everyone. I appreciate all of your comments, and we will do our best to show you more energy that might answer some of your questions and assist you in being in these spaces and these energies, and we will explore even more deeply into recognizing consciousness and finding in your experience its relation then, and to how you might use the portal.
Recognizing consciousness and the portal are separate energies, and as you are experiencing your consciousness, as you explore in that way, the portal provides a way to gain a perspective on the earth plane energy, and in a larger context a way to experience energies that give you not only perspective on earth plane but a way in which to be conscious, to have and hold consciousness, the way in which the energy moves between your consciousness and the experience, between your consciousness and the consciousness that this recognizing consciousness has shown you how to open to. We will explore those in some more detail.
There were some questions about the constancy beings. The portal energy, this portal that we are exploring, has a very dynamic nature and a very sort of etheric, there and not-there, seen or experienced or felt sense, however you are sensing that energy, it tends to then fade from your awareness. It is fairly tricky at this point for our skill and senses to anticipate where it might move to so that we could follow it.
The constancy beings are fairly deep into the portal energy but compared to other beings in this portal they are more constant. They are willing to match our ability to track energy so that we might enjoy and learn in this portal energy this softer, this fluid, this energy nature that we will be exploring in some more detail today, so that we look at those energies in that regard.
It is really that these two areas, recognizing consciousness and playing with the portal, are to open our ability to experience, to be conscious, to be in these spaces. That is why DaBen has introduced these beings to us, introduced us to the portal.
And there will be more portals, perhaps even this seminar, but certainly in the next series, that we can get a true experience, a conscious experience of those types of energies that are beyond earth plane but give a valuable perspective looking and being conscious on the earth plane, in and of earth plane energy. We will explore those aspects and those ways of connecting.
Okay. As usual I want to make sure, and DaBen wants to make sure as well, that you have every opportunity to experience directly without me or DaBen giving you too much of a picture, an intellectual idea, or thought that then you try to match. It may not be the way you would experience it at all, those energies or some of those energies, so we will try to do a balance of giving you the opportunity to explore and then a little bit of insight perhaps or explanation or perspectives on how your experience might be.
As you explore here just notice your experience. You are at a level of consciousness here that your language can be just a reminder. It cannot be a creation of that experience for you. It can be a way to communicate. And to hear other people’s language for their experience might really assist you, and you should avail yourself of opportunities to do that, to have others share their experiences so that it might bring you to further insights into your experience, Then when you go back out into those spaces perhaps you are more able to be alert to how you would describe, how you would experience those energies.
It is a feedback sort of loop that we are creating, that you have been creating from the very beginning experiencing the light body and gaining the senses to do that.
Here we are going even further so that you are in this light, you are communicating with light, you are exploring the light that is there, and that is the beginning of the opening. Light is the medium that you are playing with here.
As you do, you are sort of gaining the experience of getting that communication from light, of experiencing it as medium, and that communication then begins to open you up to be able to experience more of that light and more of that energy. That is what we will be playing with.
It takes a little, in our terms, a little time to bring that about, to notice what is there, to as we played in an earlier part of this series assimilate that, to let it be a natural part.
What happens is it assimilates as you become able to be in that energy more and more, and you probably do not even at the level of light recall that previously you did not have that ability. It is just a natural thing now, and so you use that, and the natural part of being conscious is evolving and striving for reaching more levels and more consciousness.
So let that just be a part of the process, assimilating and being inventive, finding expressions, inventing avenues of expressions and being light. DaBen is bringing all of that together for us in this seminar, this concluding seminar of this series. In the next series we will take off from here and really look at what is reality and how you might notice that.
Okay. As you play here, and we will discuss in some more detail to try to assist all of us in breaking out of what the natural human consciousness tendency is to assume that everything can be brought to the level of the human mind, which is obviously not true, but the mind tries nonetheless to bring everything to its level to make sense of it, to bring a pattern, to find a pattern.
As you play in these higher realms you are at a different level. Non-fixity, for example, at the higher level, with these portal beings and as you explore more in the portal energy, that non-fixity is a feature of those energies, and you can find that on the earth plane but only at the higher levels.
As you think of non-fixity in the mental back in earth plane and bring it into matter sort of level, then non-fixity would be a very confusing way to operate with matter. If in one instant gravity worked in a particular way and then in the next non-fixity it worked in a different way, it would be very difficult to be conscious, to have a matter expression, a physical form of consciousness.
In order for us to have this matter form on the earth plane we have all sorts of levels. The cellular level with all of the chemistry and biochemistry that is it is doing on a continual basis to keep our physical bodies in form is at a different level than the mind, than the mental, than the figuring it out. But the mind is an expression of consciousness at that level. It is a bringing about of consciousness at that level.
It is exploring, and humans are exploring, and as we explore our consciousness in this way we are contributing to humans evolving a way to hold these energies, to find connection, to find a more coherent connection as a group, as a species perhaps. That is something that is always evolving. Consciousness is always evolving, and this is just the level, so we will look at levels, point that out.
From a mental aspect you do not need to worry about translating. You need to be careful not to bring one level and describe it at another level and try to make sense of it. It will lead to a great deal of misinterpretation and confusion, which can be a very high sense, but in this regard you are mixing levels and just muddying your ability to hold that consciousness in a satisfying or pleasing way, so we will play with that.
Levels automatically translate to each other, so just notice the way those translations take place, and how being aware of non-fixity, how having a part of that as your consciousness, recognizing that at a higher level there is non-fixity on earth plane even brings about an awareness that you can hold that energy, and thus as it translate it changes. It becomes the vision or the energy that you experienced at the higher levels; it becomes a translation of that.
So things do become more fluid, but not without that translation from the higher to a lower level where there are certain physical rules, for instance in matter, that matter behaves in a particular way, and it can be transformed to behave in combinations.
All of our computers behave in very peculiar ways given the matter, but if you bring the matter together in particular ways you have a wonderful central processing unit, a wonderful memory, a wonderful ability to process and find the levels there.
As we explore just notice those levels are distinct and they are at different levels. They are not necessarily distinct in that they blend, that the transformation, the translation blends across.
Okay, I think that is enough. It may be too intellectual before the first journey. I think we have enough introduction for the first journey, so be comfortable and we will let the journey begin.

Program 24 LB977E_24J DaBen: Expanding into space you created by being with recognizing consciousness
DaBen: Welcome.
As you explore in this way we want to congratulate you on achieving the first part of this, even if just a glimpse, but for most of you, if not all, this recognizing consciousness, this shift to have your consciousness be able to reveal to you by this shift the consciousness that that is coming from or formed by or influenced by is a significant accomplishment. It is an opening to an entirely broader level of being, a way of sensing and a skill that will open more of the being space and give you many opportunities to explore.
So finding that point of light of the Fullonia now and the harmony in the Renawre cocoon, adjusting the Nu’a just so, and connecting with your guide, and enjoying the various qualities of light in the light body.
Letting the light body cocoon move as far out as you can easily hold that entire volume, large enough that you can notice variations throughout that volume of the light and the frequencies and patterns.
And perhaps as you notice that, that light begins to have more significance, a communication to you, a communication of light, experienced as light, understood at this level in such a way that you can share your experience as light with this energy, much as you communicate with your guide, most of it being well beyond language, your guide showing you energies and you just knowing those energies that you are being shown in a way that you can learn from, make sense of.
And as you notice these energies at that level of light, begin to be a balance of being in these energies and absorbing these energies and interacting, communicating, recreating experiences, sharing experiences.
Good. And from that energy, from this basis then, find the group of human beings, as it were, on the earth plane in this energy at any point in time, being, doing energies similar to this journey or experiencing recognizing consciousness, and that is a large number, a significant energy.
But begin with this group that will be taking this seminar, as it were, at any point in time, including your being listening to a journey perhaps that you enjoy, that brings you an opening, and let the intensity of your connection, your being in this group and your unique contribution, the way in which you are an integral part of this energy, contributing your consciousness by being in this group, connecting with this group.
And as you do, begin to let yourself float free, riding on in part the group energy, and riding on your consciousness. And as you begin to float free make that shift now to recognizing consciousness from your experience to shifting and sort of moving forward just a bit, and then being drawn into experiencing consciousness.
Your consciousness, but not in the earth plane presence or manifestation, but the consciousness behind that. And recognize that as you do you float even freer.
You are untethered from this level of experience, of the earth plane. You are still in and of the earth plane as your base, but you are able to float free. You gain that consciousness, you have those senses, you are exercising that skill.
And as you float free notice that you are becoming finer and finer, bigger and bigger. The energy of light is taking on a more diffuse and ethereal quality, but in that an even greater power to explore, to be conscious.
And notice that you are at this level where things change, are fluid, this light changes. And without cause or effect you are a part of this energy and flow. You are your own unique experience, and this is consciousness at this level that you are able to perceive and open to.
And floating out into this energy now. Notice that as a part of your experience of this fluidity, this non-fixity as we called it in earth plane terms at a higher level of the earth plane, that light can be interpreted as changing and bringing together light in new combinations, or light is generated from the energy that is coming together in new combinations, and that you have a way of experiencing, interpreting, and being in that flow.
Very good. Now, from this space just notice that you can identify some of this fluidity, and that you can recognize patterns in this consciousness that you have that in composite makes your unique beingness, but in aspects of your unique consciousness as a quality perhaps or a packet of light or a certain way in which the light forms the pattern, or that you are sensing it as that pattern.
And you recognize that that is a shared consciousness and that you are coming from in your experience now interacting in this fluid way with that consciousness, and that a lot of that consciousness is something that you can recognize as yours and recognize that it is shared, that you have built upon it to create your unique beingness, to explore what it would be like to have that consciousness.
All of this dynamic and all of this intricate weaving of light becomes what you experience as flow at a lower level on the earth plane, and that you are joining that flow, but here it is so much more than would be described as flow, as this interaction in three and four spatial dimensions and perhaps more.
Good. And just noticing that space now, being your experience.
Good. Notice the energy of the group as you begin to bring elements of your consciousness back into levels coming back to the earth plane, approaching energies of the earth plane in such a way that you notice that on the earth plane there are higher energies at this level being shared. And it is from this perspective of being at outside, as it were, of the earth plane that you can really begin to notice and move into those levels as well.
So with your guide’s assistance now sort of thread your consciousness back through these levels and assemble, and there is no effort involved in that, just coming back to that level, a level you are very familiar with, the light body at first.
And a part of you can still recall being untethered, as it were. And recognize that you have that freedom right there in your consciousness at the light body and even in its translation at the personality level.
So letting yourself come back now with your guide’s assistance to the light body, and the group as a connection, as a breadth, thanking the group and slowly letting yourself be in your light body and its enhanced patterns and frequencies from having played in this way.
Good. Now, letting yourself come back smoothly and easily at your own pace and rhythm.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: That was a wonderful space. We can really go much deeper with your ability to be in spaces like that.
Okay. As we have explored, the portal gives us an additional level or way of experiencing this level of fluidity and the way in which consciousness can find expressions.
The portal in part can be thought of as being able to move to another plane, but not the same sort of organization of plane as the earth plane; a more energy-only, consciousness expression-only organizing of energy. Although I think from my exploring with various beings here there is some degree of matter or some equivalent that they organize, but they certainly organize consciousness and flow in a different way than the earth plane.
These consciousnesses, earth plane and this plane, have connections, and are evolving even their connections. I get the sense that one of the reasons that DaBen wanted to explore in this way was to open this portal, to open a connection, to open a sharing, a communication to assist the earth plane, to give this portal energy that we have gone to an opportunity to share and contribute and learn themselves this type of energy.
So as we explore just keep that in mind that you have this interaction and you are a part of that sharing, you are a part of that opening. And from what I have seen, that opening will be an important part of increasing earth plane consciousness, the whole ecology or ecosystem or planetary-wide system of creating new material matter forms that then acquire consciousness.
As we explore there will be levels within the portal, and they will be more easily transitioned, and you may or may not notice them in any great way, but as there are certain shifts or degrees of fluidity of the energy, and the constancy beings that we have explored with are able to slow that down, that fluidity, enough that we are more capable of participating.
And it is not just slowing down, it is the extended, expanded concept of non-fixity, and we will all learn more about that and gain greater skill and ability to sense that in the journeys to come.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction. Just enjoy these differences.
We are striving in this seminar to move beyond the earth plane to gain a perspective, not to, quote, “escape the earth plane,” but to get to a place that you can truly say, ah, I have a perspective, I am immersed in this portal energy, I can from that reinterpret, re-experience, re-bring my energy from this level of the earth plane to notice more to be a part of.
On Tuesday and Wednesday we will look in great depth at using those insights to make sense of, to use an ordinary reality level word, to make sense of earth plane energies and consciousness in a more expanded way with your consciousness as it is evolving.
Okay. Just a reminder or note that when we move into these energies like the constancy beings that we can view them as energies or as beings, we can experience them as either or both. And DaBen has drawn a distinction that if there is an interaction that is at some level, in this case light, a meaningful interaction, a back and forth, that he is labeling them beings or calling them organized beings.
But as you will explore more deeply with the constancy beings and at some point in a later journey, not this next one perhaps but a later journey, they will introduce us to other energies.
Beings as we think of have certain individualities, certain patterns that form into individuals or at least groups. We will find perhaps that we can experience beings that are very differently organized, very differently experienced.
Just be non-fixity about the way in which you interpret these energies, and as the constancy being show us more of these portal space it will be easier to be that fluid, easier to experience if you expand to that fluidness.
Okay, I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 26 LB977E_26J DaBen: Experiential possibilities, portal energy opening, consciousness and non-fixity
DaBen: Welcome.
Your ability to open into these spaces and to have experiences at this level and in this dept at this level will open wonderful opportunities for you and for all of the group, and seed an energy on the earth plane consciousness, or in the earth plane consciousness, that will become we feel invaluable at a point in their evolution.
Connecting with your guide now and moving to the light body, the light body cocoon as far out as you can comfortably hold, and maybe just a little bit further, so that you are more engaged, as it were, in keeping track of and noticing and being light and being of this light.
Very good. We are enjoying watching each of you expand to use these energies, to have them become a part of your ability to experience, to sense these energies and to use them in your experience.
Good. So let us explore now to notice this energy of the portal that has become clearer and clearer, and we can thank all of you who participated in the layers of light beings and opening that portal so that it is more accessible to anyone with this consciousness, with this particular light of consciousness.
So if you would like, play the layers of light, let the layers of light beings come, and finding the harmonies.
For those of you who have not played with the layers of light beings or just want to experience this energy, find in your experience harmonies to your experience in light so that the patterns of light that you are experiencing you begin to focus upon them, and notice that around you as you move in this way, noticing harmonies, noticing other variations on those patterns of light, much as the layers of light beings play, creating harmonics, light harmonics.
That brings you to a type of light and energy that allows you to find and move through this portal. We are holding that space for all of you now as well.
Good. And with that flow now, with that energy, let yourself move to this portal energy and into it, being invited by, drawn even by the constancy beings.
And perhaps you will return to the two or three beings that you have worked with before or played with and interacted with, shared with, or new beings. It is really their choice.
Open the space about you so that your ability to experience is expanded even further now because you can sense more of these spaces and sense more of consciousness, recognizing consciousness.
In that regard you are sharing. You have something to share, an easy communication as light in this consciousness, recognizing consciousness, recognizing their consciousness. And for them recognizing consciousness is a more natural part of their beingness now, so let them show you in this portal energy the fluidity that is here. Let them show you the depth, or a greater depth, of that consciousness.
Good. And as this opening, this opportunity that they are providing you, let yourself notice that same quality of experience that you associated with floating free, that you can notice even more, experience even more, be even more consciousness.
And not just your consciousness, but consciousness of their being as well and that they are sharing, that you are sharing this consciousness and you are organizing it in different ways.
Consciousness for the constancy beings are organized in ways that we can just get a glimpse of, but these beings are sharing an opportunity for you to float free, as it were, within their being, within the nature of their consciousness, an openness, a fluidity, a depth, and the qualities of light that come with those experiences, the light that conveys those experiences, the ever-mutual feedback in that experience, in that space.
Good. Now, just letting yourself collect your consciousness, your being, and thanking the constancy beings for this space, for this opportunity, and recognize their thanking you for sharing it, this level of consciousness, another plane, another being.
Good. And now, with your guide’s assistance coming back, coming back through the energy of the portal, and coming back through the energy just to notice the way the energy flows and works. You could come back just instantly to the light body, or even a bit jarring perhaps, to the earth plane, ordinary reality.
But to notice, to become more conscious of this energy, using your guide’s assistance to come back smoothly through that portal, lifting through the portal energies to the portal, and then to the earth plane, through that opening however you experience it.
Good. And now, just letting that go, coming back to the light body, thanking your guide, just enjoying this space, the openness, the non-fixity experience at this level.
And to begin to notice as that non-fixity experience translates into even ordinary reality, that your perspective changes, your, for lack of a better word, your sense of attachment becomes much lighter and freer, much more a part of your consciousness in a moment-to-moment sort of way rather than as a fixed concept or constraint.
Good. And coming back now, thanking your guide, smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: Okay. As you have been exploring, as you have opened the portal and enjoyed some of the energy that you can experience there, and as you have discovered this recognizing consciousness so that you can notice your consciousness sort of behind your normal sense of consciousness and communicate it as light and begin to experience your energy as light and develop these senses, you have opened opportunities to explore very deeply in some areas.
So let us look now at doing that by moving to the portal again in this journey and the constancy beings. The constancy beings will then introduce us to another portal being, another portal energy and being that we can then sort of discover, explore, develop our senses on the spot, so to speak, and begin to notice patterns and ways of being in this energy, floating free and conscious, fluid in this portal energy, being as fully absorbed as you can in that energy.
I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 28 LB977E_28J DaBen: Meeting and sharing portal spaces with variations of light beings
DaBen: Welcome.
As you explore in this way you are gaining a greater and greater sense of your abilities to be conscious, as of still probably unrecognized, unnoticed way that you are building consciousness.
So as you connect with your guide now, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon.
Good. Once again it is a pleasure to watch the sophistication, so to speak, that each of you has acquired in moving to the light body and opening to these energies, and the residual, to so to speak, of these energies in your light body, in your experience, in these flows that you in a routine way experience.
Good. And now, let us move to the portal, using the layers of light beings to open this flow, open the portal and the energies that draw you there, and the harmonies of your light, your light show, as it were, and the harmonies, the fluidity, enables you to deepen your ability to experience.
Good. And now, being drawn by the constancy beings.
Good. And greeting these same beings perhaps and recreating that rapport, that communication, that sharing of your consciousness and the shared consciousness that you can reach now.
And from that richness of experience now, this shared energy within the portal space, within its fluidity and its active and soft ways in which the energies come together, it is in that interaction, that soft interaction compared to the earth plane that we will explore now.
These beings, the constancy beings, begin to slowly create a type of light from their shared experience that they are offering with you in your experience to expand out.
And to add a breadth to this experience now just briefly notice, and then you can put your attention back to experiencing the group that we have come to explore, to be with the constancy beings, the earth plane energies as a group giving you that breadth.
As these constancy beings create this light, allowing you to move into an experience of that light, it is as though it changes the vibration in such a way that you can be in this energy and fluid in your nature, fluid in the way in which you experience.
And just the slightest variation in light now changes your sense of the energy, of light, the communication that you have through light, and you become aware, even sensitive to the subtlest variations in that light through a volume that these new beings are showing you.
These beings are more ethereal than the constancy beings, as though they are being regenerated or reformed in the flows of light, and yet there is a coherence even though the light is changing and the way that you might experience them is changing with that light throughout this volume.
They have created this volume just for you, for this group and for you as an individual, holding that space for you so that you might harmonize just as you did with the layers of light beings. That you might take that role now of harmonizing with this ever-changing and evermore beautiful flow, a sense of total and absolute acceptance as to you as a consciousness and your abilities to be this light and to explore in this way.
And as you explore here, let the purity and love of these beings opening this space give you this experience. And if you so choose you might ask these beings that are holding that volume for you to show you other degrees of light and patterns and variations.
And using your new skills of floating free and non-fixity as it applies here, how advanced this non-fixity experience is at this level of the portal, this portal energy.
Just enjoy the ecstasy of being in this space, so fluid, so able to respond and interact and sense, to be such a part of these variations of light.
Within that experience now, within that floating free, that expanding, notice the consciousness of the spaces between these variations, between the patterns, within the patterns themselves, so that you have a sense of being completely immersed in this energy and able to respond to this energy, and able to be a part of and contributing to this energy and what in a more earth plane term we would called flow. But here is it is a vibration, a volume, more like your experience of the light body only with the fluidity and the non-fixity of the portal energy.
Good. And thanking these beings by harmonizing with this space as you move out of that volume, and they let it become a part of the vibration about them, of the variations of light that they are, and the beauty that you have experienced here expressed to them as light.
Good. And now, connecting back to the constancy beings as you continue to hold those spaces as a thank you, as an acknowledgment to these beings for their gifts, and the constancy beings drawing you back now and assisting you in reaching the energies of the portal in smooth and flowing ways.
As you reach more and more the portal boundary itself notice that the fluidity, the non-fixity, the nature of the portal energy itself grows less and less, so that the distinction between portal energy and your earth plane consciousness is smooth and easy.
Letting yourself come back to the time and space of the light body, and begin to recognize the fluidity here is but a small degree of the activity of the portal, of those variations of light beings, and your ability with light now has made it possible for you to explore in this way and build consciousness in this way.
Good. And thanking your guide now, and smoothly and easily coming back to the time and space of the earth plane. Notice any differences in your experiences, in your ability to experience the earth plane, ordinary reality. You are doing very, very well.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: It was a wonderful space that you created as you connected with those beings, as you shared that space, that energy.
As you have reached these levels now, recognize the energy that is possible for you to have from having played at those levels. The energy of your consciousness, of being within your experience of the earth plane, within your ability to join the flow on the earth plane, much of that energy can come from this vitality, can come from being in these openings, and letting energy flow and joining that flow without a struggle or an effort.
You have been building and playing with this for a long time in your spiritual growth, and you have reached a new level now, an opportunity for even higher levels, so as you explore, let us look at those levels.
In the next journey we are going to play with just those experiences in and of earth plane energies and your consciousness, but recognizing consciousness as well and playing with that back and forth and the energy that comes from that non-fixity at this high level of your earth plane experience.
Okay, I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

You are doing very well. It is our pleasure to have been able to assist you in reaching these spaces, so let us explore now this opening.
Connecting with your guide, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon, and noticing the breadth of your experience now.
And expanding out to include this group, those including yourself at later times even that will be exploring these energies with this set of journeys and with the energies coming from them.
And take just a moment to experience in a little more light detail as you did with these variations of light beings.
And with that flow now, using that flow to experience higher levels, just following these energies, these shifts, and for those of you familiar, and many are, with luminous light, bring in a little luminous light to illuminate from within these energies, so that you can find that flow and variation.
And with this earth plane energy at this high level, finding that fluidity that is natural to the earth plane, the non-fixity that is a part of this level, and notice that you can experience it more softly but it still is dimensions below that of the portal space that the variations of light beings showed you.
And yet having had that experience you can recognize this energy and how it fits perfectly in the consciousness of the earth plane, and how it may not be what the earth plane will evolve into, it certainly has an influence or has, not influence, but has created an opening for earth plane to discover this level of interaction as well.
So at this level of earth plane energy that you are in and of, and recognizing consciousness now, that shift slightly forward and then being drawn, recognizing that this fluidity is a natural part of this consciousness seeking expressions.
And in all of the ways in which this interaction of consciousness can take place that you can experience as light, communicate as light, that there are energies and ways energies combine in ways that they do not easily form, and it is within this experience of consciousness that you are seeking your growth on the earth plane, and finding an expression at this level and its translation to a more personality, ordinary reality level, and coming from this perspective to observe ordinary reality.
Good. And know that as you play in this way that part of your experience, that it is as light and not as expressed in language of any kind is putting together, as it were, associations, sharings of recognized consciousness and your earth plane consciousness and your growth and your experiences of the portal energies, and all of the variations of light.
Good. Just letting yourself come back now, thanking your guide, smoothly and easily to the light body, and then to the light body cocoon, and then to the Renawre cocoon, letting the shimmer that you have gained by being in the higher spaces give you insights at this level as well, opportunities to notice the variations in light, to communicate with light.
And then at your own pace and rhythm now coming back smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane.

Duane: Okay. In this next journey we are going to imagine that we somehow could organize consciousness.
You have experience now with the way consciousness has been organized on the earth plane, extensive experience there, and ever-building consciousness. And you have had some experience with the portal energy, and this last in-depth look at the nature of that, the fluidity and so on.
Let us have DaBen take us on a little tour of some of the organizations that you might think of at this level of your consciousness that could be brought about, just to explore.
The main purpose of this journey is to open your, the wrong level word, but concepts, open your concepts to what is possible. At the higher level it would be how light can interact and can bring about other energies, how there needs to be a consistency in that interaction, and how the portal has achieved such a fluidity.
Just begin to look at the energy as energy, as light, experienced as light, that would be elements of creating an organization of consciousness.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

DaBen: Welcome.
We encourage you to truly just play, to experience the way consciousness is organized from this recognizing consciousness, how you even at your consciousness have organized your consciousness in particular ways. And you can see that there are various levels then within that. Within the earth plane even you can organize your consciousness to be, to perceive, to experience.
And so connecting with your guide now and moving to the light body, the light body cocoon as far out as you can comfortably hold that entire volume, just big enough to engage you fully in maintaining that attention, and yet allowing you to have the space to open, to play, to find inner light to your experiences.
Good. Let us begin where you are most familiar, the level of consciousness of the human mind and the extension of that to the culture, for in many ways they are inseparable, but you have organized your consciousness in a particular way, much perhaps by trial and error, and recently as you have chosen spiritual growth or maybe even some earth plane time ago having just been drawn to reorganize your consciousness or to bring order.
So, at the level of consciousness you were when you began your spiritual growth, began this building consciousness, what tools did you have to experience that consciousness? What ways did you create to organize your experience, to organize the perceptions you have of consciousness?
And to recognize that to have reached these levels of consciousness that you organized your consciousness well, even though there is always this constant reordering and shuffling and such on the earth plane in human culture and consciousnesses as they interact, all reaching for an insight, or perhaps that is not the best word, but an insight into the consciousness, a way to experience that.
As you have gained consciousness you have recognized that there are higher ways in which to experience and explore your consciousness and to organize it and to build senses and to build skills. And as you have become more capable of doing that your consciousness has increased to a degree that for these levels you have an opening to expand and explore even more, for you have reached a level of skill and organization of your consciousness at these levels that gives you great opportunity.
As you look more toward ordinary reality and the constant changing of patterns and order there, just recognize that you are able to respond to those changes, to be in that flow, to recognize opportunities in that flow at that level even, to be in synchronicity.
So for this journey we are going to look higher, look at this organization of your consciousness at these high energy levels that you have been playing with with the light body, with luminous light, and various techniques and strategies to build consciousness, all the while building your ability to sense these energies.
So, going to a higher level, a larger scale now. Notice that the earth plane has organized consciousness at this higher level in particular ways, creating opportunities for new forms to emerge, to bring into a manifestation a physical form, a life form, and the constant changing of the shape and distribution over long human periods of time, a distribution of land masses and oceans creating new climates and new opportunities for a variety of environments, systems, ecosystems for various life forms and order, all the while building consciousness out at this level as well.
Recognizing more appropriately it is the building consciousness at this level that creates those forms, and then there begins to be a feedback, much as you experienced that feedback with the portal beings with the variation of light beings.
So that you can get a sense of this process of higher energies interacting and evolving, a synergistic loop bringing about this building of consciousness, so that you might even stretch your ability to experience, your imagination as a sense and even your imagination, to sense the earth plane as a consciousness organizing this energy, evolving, creating these opportunities, learning to connect with other similar beings in more direct and intimate ways.
And that perhaps you could even imagine that you are a part of that opening to other beings, other ways of being conscious that the earth plane has acquired through you perhaps, or that the organization of consciousness created you and your species, and your species has given feedback, and this is a balance back and forth, enhancing, experimenting, trying this energy, seeing what creates the biggest growth and so on.
Much as if we go back to a much smaller scale as you do as you learn consciousness, as you try it out in that level on the earth plane, as you learn the light body and try it out, what moves, what does not, what pace, what creates a sense of flow, what creates a sense of ease, how easily can you interpret this as light, what opening is there.
Good. And now, moving back to an earth plane level and using your recognizing consciousness so that you can shift forward and then be drawn into, just a slight shift draws you into recognizing consciousness that is appropriate to your consciousness. It may be the source for your consciousness.
And using that connection now to notice the earth plane as a part or an expression of that consciousness, of that recognizing consciousness at a whole different scale and complexity and involvement.
And as the earth plane maintaining enough constancy and enough variety, enough change to stimulate growth, to respond in a way that will make it possible to maintain the life forms here as the influence of rotation and gravity and all of the various forces that act upon you as an earth, all of the radiations.
You can even imagine that the subtle energies that you have become so good at exploring are a part of the earth plane as well, a part of its communication. This organization of consciousness has accomplished all of this, and that organization has brought about matter in the form of the earth and earth plane, has taken advantage of matter here, or developed consciousness from that matter, or organized it in particular ways.
Just recalling now your experience of the variations of light beings and the portal, the fluidity there, the choices that they have as a consciousness made in that world, in that portal energy.
And begin to look now at where they might be, those particular beings might be in their life cycle. Are they bringing about an organization? Have they reached a place that they are now building consciousness on the organization they have created? Are they still rapidly creating? How would you gauge that energy? How would you recognize that degree of organization?
Those are not observations or questions that have answers, and framing those as observations, as questions, as your beingness brings an opening for you in your life cycle, perhaps your many life cycles on the earth plane, and certainly your many life cycles to have obtained this consciousness in the earth plane, or in and of the earth plane.
Very good. Now, just notice the energy as you attempted to experience these realms and energies and relationships, recognizing that the only way that you could begin to do that would be to use a more fluid and dynamic framework.
That you have acquired a level of consciousness beyond the earth plane mind, beyond the human mind, that enables you to, for lack of a better word, dream in this way, to explore, to recognize the nature, or at least the beginning nearest of glimpses of the nature of the consciousness that you can recognize now as an extension, so to speak, or really the other way around of course, of your consciousness.
Good. And just letting that go now, coming back to the light body, the light body cocoon.
Good. And thanking your guide and smoothly and easily now coming back to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm.

DaBen: Welcome.
As you have explored, as you are building on that skill that you acquired so easily, so naturally, of recognizing consciousness, as that shift from your consciousness, opening these opportunities, let us really build on that, take advantage of that natural acquisition of an experience and an ability to sense and experience.
Connecting with your guide now, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon.
Good. And asking your guide to assist you in noticing the way these groups interact and form in your experience, or some of the energies will be in several groups that you might connect with, and yet in this way they are distinct energies even though they are the same person, so to speak.
As this like attracts like operates in this dynamic way let us play and experiment first with the group that is listening, will be joining and listening, will be experiencing this space of these series of journeys, and out beyond time so that it is not just those in this present earth plane moment, so to speak, but it goes out in time.
And notice within this group that there is this constant dynamic moving closer and moving further away, more attraction, less attraction, depending on the energy at that moment of each person.
Good. And now, to the degree that it assists, only if it assists you, begin to let those interactions take on a spatial nature, a three-dimensional spatial nature, without any gravity or any such other organizing principle, but so that they can be all about you, as though they are energies within a cocoon like the light body cocoon, within some sort of sphere.
Let the sphere be as large as you would like, and some beings moving close and then further away, and is there any significance to their position in front of you or to the side or above or below, is there any light that is emanating from those interactions that you can experience.
That you can begin to organize your consciousness in a more effective way to experience all of this potential information, all this potential light that has meaning, that you might derive meaning from. We do not mean “meaning” in the intellectual way, but in a light way, using light as your medium.
And now, let us build on that, on your observations, on this information, this light that you are able to sense and create order that has a meaning at this high level to you.
Let us expand now to a larger group, to all of those who have an awareness of the light body and some degree of mastery of the spaces of the awakening your light body. There are tens of thousands of these people, these earth plane beings.
Begin to notice where they are in that sphere that you have created and as you shift your energy, perhaps at first shifted by thoughts or an awareness of those as individuals.
Notice with that many potential members of a group that a pattern begins to form, and change, and form, and change. And with that number you can hold that as patterns within the degrees of likeness and their proximity to you or their distance from you, moving within each other, for each has this like attracts like.
And begin to notice that you are in this energy with all of this going on about you.
As you enjoy those patterns, maybe even mesmerized a bit by the patterns that are formed, you can recognize that when the light body was first introduced these many years ago on the earth plane that this was a part of the process of forming the gridwork.
And as you experience and flow now, using that like attracts like with your experience of recognizing consciousness with the backdrop of a more static but very strong, fluid energy of the gridwork, that you can begin to recognize earth plane and earth plane consciousness at the level of the light body and above with these people that have some familiarity to a high degree of mastery as you in exploring, in being these levels of consciousness with light, experiencing as light.
And that you can take advantage of, to use, to build on, to expand out, to create an opening for those that have some familiarity by your explorations, so that there is this feedback, as it were. You are building on their power and strength of energy on the group consciousness, of this larger group, the breadth and depth. And you, as you expand out, are creating openings and opportunities and avenues of expression for that larger group.
It is this feedback from these levels, from this like attracts like, from the dynamic of that energy and the way energies pass between the levels, the level of using light as your main way of gaining energy or observation or experience is at a higher level than a translating of the vibrational energy bodies or even the early stages of the light body.
And yet each has a part, an opportunity in this entire energy that you have experienced, and of course it goes way beyond that. What you began to experience just briefly with the earth plane you are experiencing here as dimensions on that, dimensions built on the framework, so to speak, of the earth plane, enabling you to connect to open that portal to reach other beings.
Good. Just letting that go now, recognizing the energy, the strength, and in this high-level definition of the word, the power that is here, the opportunity for opening.
Now, just letting yourself come back to the light body, the light body cocoon.

DaBen: Welcome.
As you move to the light body and connect with your guide notice that this is an opportunity to explore, to gain consciousness, to acquire even more ability with light as a way in which to communicate, light as a medium, and to acquire a greater and greater experience of the portal and the portal energies.
So, once more finding that portal energy, either through the layers of light beings or just following what you know to be that energy, the harmony that is there as light, and the opening.
Greeting the constancy beings and once again expressing your appreciation and gratitude for their sponsoring your fledgling, as it were, consciousness in these spaces. But you are becoming more and more able to be at these levels, to be at this level of fluidity, this degree of light, this organization of consciousness.
Good. And now, following this shift, these variations of light beings, so that you might greet even more of these beings, all gathered to explore with you the nature of consciousness. Your ability to reach that recognized consciousness is a very attractive energy, a very strong representation of your consciousness.
And as you play in this way greeting individuals of these beings, as much as they are individuals, for they might be as an organization of these beings, or a being organized in this way, or some levels of organization.
Much as you found with the groups, that like attracts like for these beings is very strong, so that they forms groups, and the groups becomes almost entities in and of themselves, and then they dissolve and form other entities, and even individuals, as you find this flow, this nature of the energy here.
And out of that full appreciation of the group energy, of the connectedness, this love and acceptance, an organization of their beingness in a way that creates an opening, an opportunity.
Using this energy now, this offering from these beings, to explore more of your ability to experience, and the experience of this consciousness space, this like attracts like, as you notice how dynamic those associations are.
And in that dynamic there is a complete exchange of energy, a connection. Not exchange in the sense that it is given, but it is open to be experienced, so that each interaction creates a greater degree of consciousness, a depth and breadth.
And it is out of this constant forming and dissolving of like attracts like in this dynamic, soon this exchange would have created all individuals equal and like in their experience, in their energy, but it is this rapid association that creates an opportunity for new energies to emerge out of the larger or even infinite number of potential combinations at any given moment.
And in the period of separation from a group, even though this is very fluid and fast, it is this fluidity of the organization of consciousness of the portal that allows you to open, to gain this new organization, to build consciousness as a group, and as an individual and as this group, and another group and many other groups. Some groups are attracted to each other and they share at that level or exchange as we explained.
Now, you might interact with a group that you are drawn to. You may be drawn as a group to a group or as individuals. As you gain more awareness, more ability to sense those energies, those like attracts like will change, so that you have the opportunity to experience that acceptance, that love, that opening, that acquiring consciousness in this interchange.
And to recognize that these as individuals organize their consciousness as they choose with this constant input, so to speak. You might notice a similarity in the way in which you on the earth plane are stimulated to build your consciousness, not as fluid or in the same way, but the process in a macro sort of sense has many, many parallels, so explore where you can gain this insight and open to exchange.
Good. And bring into your awareness now the earth plane and the group of us that have come here, and begin to let that like attracts like bring those elements together and in this environment create an opening, an exchange among this group. And it need not be all at once, just let it be a natural part of this process.
Good. And just letting that go now, thanking these beings and your exchange as a part of your energy as individuals and as a group.
Good. And now, just letting that go, having thanked these beings, and with your guide’s assistance coming back to the constancy beings, and then to the portal. And as you have gained consciousness and skill here it is an easy connection to come back to the light body, the light body cocoon, the earth plane energies.

Duane: Okay. You have reached into and made your own a large part of consciousness, an expansion of your consciousness in these journeys, and we look forward to seeing your consciousness emerge even further and evolve as you play in this way.
So let us look at some elements that will be involved that we played with a lesser consciousness as we explored perceiving and working with communication. Now we are able to communicate that consciousness, or about consciousness, with light, so it is an opportunity for us to really explore and to look at the levels that we have been moving between.

Program 38 LB977E_38J DaBen: Perceiving, resonating with senses as light, communication of consciousness
DaBen: Welcome.
As you have developed your ability to sense and your skills to perceive energies and bring a consciousness to them you have also learned how to communicate as light about your consciousness, about consciousness, about even recognizing consciousness.
So let us play a little bit to see if we can bring just slightly to a greater ability to sense, or to notice those senses more appropriately, in some manner, and by perceiving and through a range or by resonating with, or by just surrendering to the nature of that energy and becoming that light.
And so as you explore now, as we play in this way, just be fluid and open as the exchanges that you did with the variations of light beings, the fluidity that was there.
Begin to bring some of that element, and it will be difficult to bring all of it because we are on the earth plane in the earth plane energy but we can certainly move to a natural pace, and we can easily perceive, and then form, then let go all of our experiences, and to move very fluidly from one sense to another, one experience to another, one state of consciousness to another.
So let us explore now as you connect with your guide and move to the light body, the light body cocoon, moving out in the light body cocoon just far enough to give you a good volume to experience the light energy in, but to hold the entire volume of the light body cocoon comfortably in your awareness so that your full focus can be on the energy within the cocoon and its variations in how you might perceive it, how you might reflect the light that you are experiencing.
Good. Now, just perceiving the energy within the light body cocoon, patterns, perhaps even frequencies. Begin to notice some frequencies, perhaps a vision frequency, the sharpness and clarity, a precision frequency, their light, their patterns, their forms, as it were, of this light within the light body cocoon.
Experiencing them as light, just as light, not necessarily in a visual way but that is okay, but certainly as light. Not necessarily in a felt sense way, but certainly as light.
And moving through that entire volume of your light body perceiving that energy. Much as you have played with the layers of light beings and the harmony that they create with light play that now in your light body cocoon, assisting you in amplifying and experiencing, so that your consciousness at this light body, at this level, becomes more and more familiar in detail, a familiar energy in detail.
Now, looking in those details for places that you, as you explored recognizing consciousness, that you saw as patterns that you have resonated with. Begin to find even more of those associated resonances in your experience, in your light body even.
That you can recognize that you are in and of this energy of the earth plane, of the consciousness, of the immense breadth of consciousness here, and that you organized a unique energy, a unique consciousness.
It is from your ability to perceive the energies in this detail, to find resonances with, that you can gain and continue to gain a consciousness of, an appreciation for your part in these larger energies.
Much as you played with the groups, there is layer after layer, level upon level of these unique energies that you are contributing, and being able to perceive these levels brings a greater consciousness and ability to make these energies more conscious, these levels more conscious through your participation, through your play and unique ways of being.
It is from this perceiving this energy with your consciousness, with your familiarity with the portal space, with your connections to the beings in the portal space, and your shift to recognizing consciousness, the assimilating of this energy, inventing avenues of expression, and being, communicating in light.
Very good. It is not important to recognize that building of this energy, this ability to perceive, that is just out of reach because it is in this light and you are not quite able to take this level of light or this type or style of light and bring it fully into your awareness, but it will come.
You are doing extremely well, so let us just let that go for right now.

Duane: Okay. There is another aspect of earth plane energies that we have explored, and we can move more deeply in that exploration now. We can look more at that energy setting up patterns and sustaining those patterns.
We certainly recognize that as a part of being a human, part of being on the earth plane by observing other life forms. It becomes a self-sustaining energy allowing another level of consciousness to emerge, so we will look at that in energy detail here.
Use recognizing consciousness to give us perhaps a contrast, some insights energy-wise into the earth plane and one of the natures of the earth plane. We even had hints of that where there could not be those constancy beings for sure, but the variations of light beings, there was not some degree of that, but we will not contrast that right now, we will just explore the earth plane.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 40 LB977E_40J DaBen: Self-sustaining, dynamic, evolving as consciousness
DaBen: Welcome.
As you explore now notice that there is a self-sustaining quality to your beingness, to indeed the being space.
And so let us explore how we might use that to gain more awareness, more perception of this type of consciousness, or of consciousness in general, with this type of energy, and where we are as we move up that degree of consciousness, or maybe more appropriately as we move to lower and lower levels, more and more intricate levels, and the feedback between them, and the sustaining of that energy, and yet not a constancy of form but a non-fixity at the higher levels enabling that self-sustaining, enabling evolving and self-sustained energy.
Connecting with your guide and moving to the light body now, and noticing any frequencies that you can note in the light body, and following the cocoon as far out as you can comfortably hold that entire volume in your awareness.
And recognize that self-sustaining does not mean static. That all these energies are very dynamic, but they bring about a resonance to the forms that were there, or the energy that was there, or the expression of consciousness that was there.
So there is an opportunity for this changing energy, but it is an opportunity that sustains the consciousness so that you at your level might build upon that consciousness, form a consciousness, but that consciousness from the time that you come to the earth plane to the time that in this particular body and form you leave the earth plane, or at least leave the physical form.
So as you experiment and play with that, notice the dynamic and the role of that self-sustaining, of this changing, of this being dynamic energy. And as you explore, note that this is something you have learned to do to your advantage of consciousness in finding expressions at a personality level, a constancy of self-sustaining forms, and yet organizing that energy to change, to gain consciousness, to act on that gained consciousness.
As you experience this, as you play with the energy experience of the dynamic and self-sustaining and evolving and organizing consciousness, notice what insights the portal energy gives you to explore that, that fluidity, that comparison.
So that you can recognize that there is a self-sustaining element as best you can discern in the portal energies, although they appear to be a different sort of level or intensity or something is different.
But that difference gives you insight then into the fluidity of the self-sustaining energy of the earth plane, that you have that openness, you have that ability to go into those energies and make forms and thought forms and physical being forms at the right level of energy, at the right level of intensity, to make those shifts as you are doing, as you have done, as you build consciousness.
Recognizing now more of its nature so that you can be even more, for lack of a better word, effective in the way in which you experience and focus your consciousness.
So that as you experience this, and we are not even suggesting to reach a resolution, but that you open the insight into the nature of this energy so that as you gain consciousness you can gain a sense of how this all works, how it forms as light and consciousness., how that consciousness as we have experienced in other areas in this seminar creates a feedback, a loop, as it were.
And it is in that back and forth and contributing in each of its levels, but not in a linear way, not in a left-brain sort of rational way, but in a synergistic, a back and forth, a creation by the mere communication at light, that you can see as light anyway, experience as light.
Okay. Just letting that go. You are doing very well. Expanding on this energy, creating opportunities to open your consciousness as in this self-sustaining and dynamic, evolving energy.
