Duane: Welcome everyone. I am looking forward to our journeys together. I hope that you have been having great experiences in these journeys, and that insights, ways in which to be in these energies are occurring to you and that you are enjoying the spaces.
We are going to, as we usually do as a seed group, expand into even more of these energies, or these energies in more depth is perhaps a better way of looking at it, so that we can explore, so that we can seed, as it were, for the discovery group and future seminars, and the play with the range of consciousness that we have built, and to explore what would be necessary to build consciousness in these areas to an even more detailed degree.
Okay. As we explore in these journeys we are going to play with a couple areas. In the first journey natural pace. We did that a short while ago in terms of seminars, but we are going to use it here in a way to begin to experience that fluidity of the portal and the variations of light beings a little more accurately or in detail.
But as with the energies in the portal, it is a non-fixity to a high level, it is fluidity, and so we are going to do a back and forth and play with that. And from those lessons we will work on energies in the next journey as well.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 02 LB977X_02J DaBen Journey DaBen: Exploring groups with the variations of light beings, being light
DaBen: Welcome.
Now, as you connect with your guide, and with your guide finding the seed group as a group, as individual members as you can, and as you do then the like attracts like, this consciousness space, and bring all of our energies close together.
You might even imagine the flow that the physical tear drop created, not necessarily in that form, but the energy that as a seed group you created among the entire group, each member contributing as though this group could easily become, and in many cases did, an entity, an energy that could interact, that could participate, as it were, in the energies.
So let yourself notice that energy.
Good. And being in that space now, letting yourself move to your light body, and this incorporates then more changes of this energy in the entire group, brings it to yet another level, the guides another layer of energy and ability.
And let us move now to the portal. And if you choose you can briefly connect with the layers of light beings, have them assist in opening the energy in such a way that this group and you as an individual can move into the portal and deeper in that energy.
Just let yourself float in this energy for a moment, the fluidity, resonating with, becoming in harmony with this fluid energy of the portal, as individuals and as a group that follows this energy.
And now, with the brief assistance of the constancy beings, acknowledging the individual beings as you have explored before.
Now, with the constancy beings’ assistance let us move to the variations of light beings and communicating with light now, acknowledging these beings, the beings you have worked with and this group. They prepared a group to be able to match and resonate with, as it were, although that is not the term in light that they would use or recognize, it would be far too limited, it would be in these variations in a back and forth.
So moving in and out of a natural pace now, speeding your ability to notice this light up, and then slowing it down, and maybe slower than normal for you in these environments.
So not only are you communicating in light, you are communicating in the spacing, the rhythm, the pattern of this light, sense of time changing, for here time is more, for lack of a better term, event driven, event organized.
And you are sharing as individuals, as a group, as an event that these beings will relish the opportunity to explore, to use your light language to develop harmonies and variations in light.
And it is a wonderful opportunity for you to experience and be light and have your experiences be expressed as light internally to you, and as you choose externally to the seed group, and as you choose to this group of variations of light beings, adding harmony and order, rearranging, reordering, translating the energies that you are creating for them to add an opening for consciousness to develop.
So that as they find this new pattern and form they begin to organize and build upon that, and then associated with consciousness as sort of feedback, as it were.
And playing with natural pace as an option now you might be able to notice more detail of their activity and light. And as though you were magnifying their energy, their light, magnify certain areas as you are drawn to notice the variations that they are adding and finding harmonies in different segments or aspects or timing of this light, this being varied, adding variations.
So that as you observe their play, perhaps earth plane creativity begins to be an opening for you to explore doing similar energy and light things with your playing in the energies of the earth plane, an opportunity to notice similarities that can be translated to the earth plane.
So that you have an in-depth look at light being used in this way, of consciousness potential being built, of the feedback that is occurring from actions that are taken, the light that is created, the light that then informs the next light, building patterns, seeing which open, which move into larger and larger connections, and which do not.
Playing with light, playing with in their case consciousness, in this way as an integral part of their exploration, the fluidity allowing them to always explore these potentials.
And as this energy builds now, let your size as an individual increase so that the seed group as a group becomes very large in this energy. And the fluidity allows it to change its size, its configuration, quite easily in response to forming a feedback with these beings and their connection with your energy and all the places that they have been exploring and building and creating these harmonies, as it were.
And you have been shown ways in which to organize these energies and fully and completely accept it as the light beings, as variations on consciousness, as very full of energy and of value for exploration, for building consciousness.
Good. And expanding now as you thank these beings, holding that light that has gained in its variation, its intensity.
And as individuals and as a group, with all of your guides’ assistance, coming back to the constancy beings and thanking them, and then to the portal entrance, a smooth transition now back to the light body and your individual experience of the variations of light here as your experience expands to include those variations. Consciousness is available to you should you choose to unwrap it, as you might think of it.
Very good. Now, acknowledging and thanking the group, and thanking your guide, coming back to the light body as your focus.
Good. And now, just letting that go, thanking your guide, and coming back smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane.
Good. At your own pace and rhythm now coming back, and with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Program 03 LB977X_03T Duane: Talk
Duane: Okay. One of the things that emerged in the main seminar and came from your skill and their skill to expand on these energies and to notice earlier than DaBen I think had expected, is a quality that we have been using the term “feedback.”
It is much more involved than simple feedback. It is not in the sequence even that feedback implies, or at least not always. It starts there and then becomes much more involved and intricate. There may be a neural network term I could find and borrow, but for now we will call it feedback.
As you explore the nature of consciousness from this recognizing consciousness space, from energies that we played with in this last journey, there is a dynamic that develops from one area to another. And in part this is so easy because we are in the portal not in sequential time, or at least not constrained by sequential time.
So as you explore in this next journey let all of the intricacies of that feedback in one part of your experience, light in one area informing other areas. Just begin to notice those intricacies.
The main thing that DaBen would like you to notice in this next journey is the opening, the consciousness, the potential for consciousness on the earth plane that this feedback, this intricate, involved feedback creates; creates in consciousnesses that can hold that, and your consciousness can.
Just let that be a part of what you explore and learn. As you play, experiment. Some experiments will not provide much energy, others will go on and on and on in terms of their opening. So just choose those in this journey that you enjoy the most.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 04 LB977X_04J DaBen Journey DaBen: Exploring feedback, in the nature of consciousness
DaBen: Welcome.
As we have explored in living as light in the main seminar, as we have gained skill and experience in moving into these areas of light as light, communicating in light, where light becomes the medium of being, as you have interacted with other beings, you begin to notice the feedback layer upon layer, where energy influences and is responded to, and that response is somehow even responded to as it is occurring, so that you have this dynamic, almost no time sort of interaction.
To give us a slightly larger group let us expand from seed group to discovery group, putting that energy out, letting like attract like, so that you have a number of individual humans to interact with their energy, to set a space, as it were, for their energy as we explore in our seminar tomorrow just to see what openings and opportunities there are that we think you might be able to notice with your sensitivity to light now.
So let us experiment, seed as it were, these energies.
As we take an area, let me just transmit it as light, or resonate, or provide you an experience in light, and you begin to respond in light that is your unique way of doing so.
And you begin to respond as though the layers of light beings responded with harmony, you respond in a way in which you are adding consciousness or opening energies or adding harmonies or noticing areas that could be shifted to make them even more beautiful or faster or whatever appeals to you in that light in that moment.
In this way exchanging consciousness, noticing the feedback, being alert to that feedback. An earth plane sort of analogy would be the flow of synchronicity, joining the flow and finding those synchronicities, only here they are in real time or no time, approaching no time, even to the degree that they are anticipated, the changes, the shifts, the light that you would add, so it is amplified even more.
So playing with this larger group now as energy, enhancing that energy of the entire group with like attracts like.
Experimenting now, playing with different qualities of light, variations of light as you were shown and played with the variations of light beings, subtle variations and shades, if that is a proper term in this context, all the qualities and their variations.
And begin to recognize that that consciousness, that pure consciousness from your consciousness, that recognizing consciousness space, that dynamic, has some parallels to these feedbacks.
We think that you will also be able to notice that there are layers and layers of this, much of which is hidden from your consciousness now, that you can explore these parts, but only get a glimpse of what immensity might be there in this interaction.
As you play in this way you might also begin to notice that as light with this feedback, with this consciousness, you have opportunities to be and find expressions at any level you can be conscious enough of to notice and let the natural translation bring that energy from one level to another, to another, to another.
Very good. We thank all of you for playing and experimenting in this way. We see some interesting possibilities here that our consciousness is capable of probing now.
Good. And thanking your guide and thanking the groups that you have connected with, thanking the seed group, and then coming back to the light body, the light body space, and then smoothly and easily letting yourself come back to the time and space of the earth plane.

Program 05 LB977X_05T Duane: Talk
Duane: Okay. We are going to continue to explore levels and being light.
One of the areas that might give you some energy insight into light, into being light, is what we have been calling levels. So DaBen will lead us in looking at that using some analogies perhaps.
As you explore in this way let the experience as light be your guide, be your measure of your ability to be conscious in these areas and to incorporate the variations of light also in these areas.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.

Program 06 LB977X_06J DaBen: Levels, non-fixity, light as medium
DaBen: Welcome.
As you explore now these energies in more detail we hope that this will assist you in bringing more consciousness as light to these areas.
Good. And connecting with your guide now and moving to the light body, the light body cocoon.
Good. Exploring light here in the cocoon, and notice that in the patterns there are variations, it is what makes the pattern, and there is also sort of layers behind some of those patterns.
And as you explore those layers now, recognize that the layers that make up these patterns in the light body can be a part of your experience, and in some cases be a part of your experience at different levels of the light body.
We have played often in a higher level of the light body when we opened to luminous light and played in those areas. We often shifted up and experienced to a slightly higher level, a shift easily made, and recognizing those levels and the way they come about.
Good. And now, let us tackle a harder issue, levels that do not easily shift up or down. One is your consciousness in ordinary reality, although that consciousness that you invest in ordinary reality has a number of levels, and even layers of one type of consciousness on another, and maybe some mixing of levels.
As consciousness, as light, as internal expressions, those layers, those levels and their intermixing is fairly clear and not subject to misinterpretation.
On the other hand, as you reach higher and higher in these levels of consciousness and attempt, as is natural for you, to use language to explain them, because the language and the culture even has not found concepts or ways of looking at these energies for a whole variety of reasons, from they are not understood, they are not shared widely enough, they are threatening to the thought forms that the culture shares, a whole variety of reasons here.
And perhaps a more important reason is that you have become very limited in what you can describe in language, even if you were to invent words, because they have a fixity, whereas light has a fluidity and can convey in that instant something that has changed in the next instant and so on and so on, to capture the variations, the variations in light as you learned from the variations of light beings in the portal.
And so it is this dynamic, it is keeping the right level of your interpretation, of using language in very creative ways with people with similar experiences. And as you have found as you have shared your experiences you can communicate a certain degree of subtlety, but each person’s experience is often unique.
And if you do a good job of expressing in language your experience they can relate to it because in part they have had a very similar experience, and that harmonious recreation of experience, this communication, enhances their ability to be at these levels and to notice that they are talking about, they are communicating about a higher level, not attempting to reduce that level to a lower level, not attempting to make it fit a lower level, but instead doing their best to describe their experience at this higher level.
So as you look at these communications, recognizing the non-fixity, the variation from person to person of their experience, and that the experience will change at some interval, and it may be a very short interval or a longer interval, and an expression of that then does not capture those shifts and changes as light does.
So as you explore with light you can add an entire dimension here, an entire opening, and that you can use this non-fixity at the right level to greatly assist you in noticing, to move out of a concept that tends to follow us as you move upward in levels to the expectation of fixity at these higher levels as well.
And of course we have already mentioned that fixity at lower levels is quite valuable so that you can in matter count on matter being the way it was, or pretty close to the way it was, last time you observed it, or at least understandably the way it was, even to at some levels a validity to cause and effect, whereas you move to non-fixity cause and effect is really not a useful concept.
So as you explore here recognize the value of these levels, a sort of parallel to the value of boundaries that we have explored. And as you play in this way light truly does become the medium in which you explore and are in and really are at these higher levels.
We encourage you to note levels, to pay attention to levels to ease the misinterpretation, to free up these higher levels to their fluidity, to your experiencing them as they are, as fluid. This will greatly enhance your ability to float free, to untether, to not be constrained by thought forms or energies that you expect to behave a certain way, but as you experience, and as we played in the last journey to notice the feedback in those energies.
Good. And as we have been using this language we have been hopefully conveying at a higher level with light the translation to that higher level. And some of the words will not translate, they have no equivalent, just as some of the higher light has no concept to be expressed in a language.
And as we explore other realms that have what you on the earth plane would call telepathy, what we would call a form of communication with light or another medium, that is almost a feedback in and of itself, and you begin to recognize that you were just at the beginning of this possibility, and perhaps even there will be an ability to communicate more along these lines with other beings.
As you gain more skill in light, the language of light as we called it, your ability will increase and open new possibilities for you as well.
Good. Just take a moment to find those levels of light, and in almost an instant just notice the patterns here and understand at the light level all beingness as light and levels of light.
Good. And now, just letting that go, thanking your guide, and at your own pace and rhythm now coming back to the time and space of the earth plane.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: Okay. You did very well following that energy, and hopefully your ordinary reality self will gain from the language, the clarity that DaBen brought to those ideas of levels and such.
Okay. We are going to in this last journey of the seed group bring a sort of energy light connection between recognizing consciousness space and the being space. It is as yet not quite within our consciousness grasp to form a satisfying connection, but we can at least get a glimpse as to its relationship. It involves some of the feedback that we have worked with, played with, and noticed.
So as you explore just be alert and open to these possibilities, this potentials in the spaces.
Okay. You are doing very well. Let us explore.

Program 08 LB977X_08J DaBen: Being space, recognizing consciousness space, beautiful balance
DaBen: Welcome.
Take a moment to just enjoy this space that you are in and to reflect on many years ago the seminars and the nature of the energies that you were exploring, and recognize how much you have expanded your consciousness.
Good. And connecting with your guide, expanding now to the light body, the light body cocoon, and letting the cocoon boundary be as far out as you can just hold that entire volume in your awareness, so that you have just a little bit left over to bring to other energies and events within the cocoon and outside of your light body experience.
Good. And now, from your experience shifting forward just a bit, and then let yourself being drawn into that energy of pure consciousness, this recognizing consciousness space.
And all of the variability here, all the light, all of the fluidity of your experience, the ability to notice these energies, to notice some of the energies that are shared, and perhaps they are shared in almost whole part a variety of energies and consciousnesses, and you have brought them together in unique ways.
Now, holding on to this energy so that you might return here and span to the being space, experience the being space, a larger, infinite experience of energy, being, your being.
And using your ability to experience, this recognizing consciousness space, to hold at a more conscious level some of that being space, a part that is larger than your consciousness, but do not try to go too big too quickly. Just take it smooth and adding little bits of your awareness.
Finding just the right balance of expanding and recognizing consciousness and being space.
Just the right balance that enables you to express as light your experience, spanning that pure consciousness of the recognizing consciousness space into the being space. There will be a sort of tension between those energies. Just enjoy the opening that that tension enables you to experience.
And going even more deeply now into the light that you can sense in that tension, in that whole dynamic of this energy, in the recognizing consciousness to the being space to your consciousness to the earth plane consciousness, all the levels that we have been exploring.
And spanning some of those levels, appropriate energies at each level to that level, and using this energy, this tension, this balance between your ability to hold the being space and this recognizing consciousness space all at the same time.
Very good. You have done very well in assessing these energies. So thanking your guide and slowly coming back to the light body and the light body cocoon, at your own pace and rhythm now.
We want to express our love and gratitude for you as a group for the coherence and opening that you bring to these energies.
And with that now, let yourself come back smoothly and easily to the time and space of the earth plane at your own pace and rhythm, and with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.
