Duane: Welcome everyone. It is wonderful to be with the seed group and the seed group energy again, particularly after such a wonderful energy that we were able to set, all of us, in the main seminar. So it gives us a chance to explore as a seed group more aspects or dimensions, depths of some of the spaces that we just explored, and to open those energies for future exploration as well.
And that is indeed something that you should acknowledge yourself for, is that part of the energies that we explored in this main seminar these last three days are seeds that as the seed group we planted about two seminars ago, and setting the stage for an opening, for a way to experience and introduce the white light.
You may remember that DaBen mentioned the white light many seminars ago and could see that the energy could not be experienced in a strong enough manner to actually succeed in opening the space or being able to experience the space in the depth that was needed.
So about two seminars in the seed group we played with some of the energy behind that opening, so that has blossomed very nicely in this seminar. There are probably lots of other examples that we could use as well, certainly on the earth plane and the group that we have done. But I wanted to thank all of you as seed group for being able to be in these spaces and to recognize the energy of the spaces in a strong enough way for them to be built upon.
In this seed group we will explore white light of course, and purity and energy, and being light, and perhaps do a little more in depth on being light and its comparisons to being space. We will do a lot more of that on Tuesday and Wednesday in the field of play seminar.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction. I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the seminar and are having wonderful experiences in these spaces, and insights at all sorts of levels, and enjoying the light and the communication that comes from that.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction, so get comfortable for a journey.
LB985X02J - DaBen: Exploring purity, energy then light
DaBen: Welcome.
Such a pleasure to be with the seed group again.
And let us begin with a sort of energy configuration that we have enjoyed by just visualizing a teardrop arrangement of seats, a flow of energy between all of you no matter what space you are in, what physical geographic space you are in.
That you can experience that teardrop taking on an energy of its own, having a flow, and a flow around, between, across, and creating a sort of three-dimensional teardrop, almost a cocoon focusing energy, bringing that energy of everyone to a focus.
Good. And connecting with your guide now, using the teardrop and the seed group as a group, and all of the abilities to quickly resume the energy that the seed group has.
And moving to the light body, the light body cocoon.
And noticing that flow in the teardrop now, harmonizing as light, even creating harmonics, so that that is being responded to as a teardrop in light.
Good. Now, in your cocoon and in the energy of the teardrop notice the frequencies of light, the vision and precision.
And then moving to the higher two, to brilliance, to transparency, to the openings in those frequencies, their purity. The energy is a basic energy, that out of that energy, out of that purity of the frequencies this basic energy, a coming together at this level of the light body and higher light body, providing a way to experience that purity that we have explored in the main seminar’s journeys.
And as you experience those interactions of these frequencies notice that the way in which you experience those energies, the way in which you are holding the energies, in which you are observing and being in this space, that the frequencies create patterns in response to that, and in response to the environment, so to speak, of light that you perceive, and the way in which you are perceiving that energy creates more and more patterns of a higher and higher nature and flow.
Good. And now, from that experience and sharing with the seed group now as a group, being light from those frequencies, from those patterns, the purity that you can continue to experience even in those patterns becomes an energy of your being, an energy of your consciousness, and from that energy then light. An expression, so to speak, of your consciousness coming to light, being that energy, expressing as light, consciousness expressing as light.
Very good. Now, just letting that go. Very nice energies. Letting that go, and thanking your guide, and thanking the seed group, and smoothly and easily now coming back to the light body, the light body cocoon, and back to the time and space of the earth plane.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: Very nice.
As you explore in this way notice the subtleties as you were doing of the energy and of the light, the openings to that flow and nature of these energies and experiences. That as you gain this ability to sense you can use it in more and more ways to notice the intricacies of that light and being light.
Okay. I think that is all we need in the way of introduction. We are going to explore more of the ways of white light experience, its intensity, and explore as deeply as we can.
Okay. I think that is all we need, so get comfortable for a journey.
LB985X04J - DaBen: White light, intensity, ways to experience
DaBen: Welcome.
Connecting with your guide and connecting with the group, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon, and noticing the frequencies here, that purity that you just explored. And then letting the cocoon boundary just dissolve, carrying that light body light out.
And notice with luminous light, perhaps bringing luminous light in to assist you in noticing the energies of the light body cocoon’s core that purity and your consciousness allow you to experience now, to be in that energy of white light, this all light. All light becomes a part of this white light, is a part.
And the intensity of this white light is an internal sort of intensity, so it becomes brighter and brighter within. And you can experience it as that bright white light.
The intensity as you move into that experience becomes stronger and stronger, whiter and whiter. So that as you experience it, your being of light begins to be absorbed, so to speak, begins to be a part of this white light. Your unique light, your being of light finds expressions in that white light. That white light is expressing your unique being.
Good. And that white light as you experience it, as you find ways to experience it, infuses your being light, enhancing your ability to be conscious and find expressions in all the ways that white light can be experienced in its expressions on the earth plane, its expressions in the higher energies, its connections.
Good. And expanding out to notice the seed group and its breadth and depth in the energy, the ways in which you can experience the light of their experiencing this white light, this intensity, their interaction with their being of light, just as energy, as a way of experiencing that energy, perhaps noticing it as light.
And follow the subtleties now.
Now, to the degree that you can, explore this flow. Notice that the energy of the group and your being light are harmonizing easily, and in that harmony you are drawn to explore and experience in that harmony an even greater depth to your ability to experience the energy of white light, to begin to see what the variations of light beings were showing us about its nature, about other layer or layers of fluidity and motion, so to speak, in that light.
Good. And now, notice that this light that you are being, you are being light, has connections, so to speak, as light in any environment, any level, any light, any consciousness that you are in. You can harmonize with that light, whether it be an experience on the earth plane, experience at the light body, an experience in playing with this group in being light, having experienced that depth of energy and the ways of experiencing white light.
Looking now as a seed group and within the seed group to find those harmonies and the energy that the seed group is in at this level, quite a wonderful array of energy.
And in those harmonies with that energy whenever you are drawn to find a harmony and notice a response, much as you have played with the portal beings, and in those responses a like attracts like begins to be a part of the energy of the connection.
And you can recognize the subtleties of that light of the harmonies, and adjusting just so, so that they become even greater in harmony, more attractive, so to speak. And in the pauses they begin to drift, and harmonies again. Just matching. It comes together, and in that energy, in those interactions of light, is an opportunity to create space, consciousness space.
And as these energies create that space you are opening to the consciousness being able to become a seed, a complete enough experience in light that will generate fertile soil, or energy of fertile soil, so to speak, to begin to germinate, in an analogy, and then eventually blossom as consciousness, perhaps even as an entity or a particular being.
Exploring now.
As we gain consciousness, as we gain a particular sense, we will be able to explore more deeply into this purity, into this white light, into your being light. And the connections, the relationship that both of those words, connection, relationship, do not capture the ways that your being light, your unique being can find an expression, a way of shared energy with white light.
Good. And coming back to the light body, the light body cocoon now, and connected still with the seed group, and just notice as you are being light now the ways in which you can explore these energies, these enhanced energies that you can now experience of your being and your being, being space.
Now, experiencing your being light within this energy, an expression of your consciousness, your unique consciousness.
Good. Just letting that go now, being your experience for a moment, and then smoothly and easily coming back to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm. Such wonderful spaces.
And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: Welcome back.
You are doing very well exploring areas, seeding areas that are just in some cases beyond the way that we have brought together our consciousness, our senses, to experience these.
Okay. In the next journey we are going to explore one of those areas. Because once again as with white light and being light the relationship, the connectivity, and those are all inadequate words, but the concept that we lack we are discovering to describe those interconnections, those relationships, those connected variables, so to speak.
We will explore now being light, and then our experience of being, being space.
So as you experience be inventive, explore in this space, so that we have by our own experience are creating an experience of those relationships so that we might develop concepts around them, to although inadequate and perhaps distorted in some ways by language, we have begun the process making it easier to relate, to share with one another, to share our consciousness in language and the way things are that our human minds like so much.
So being, being space, being light. Let us explore. Get comfortable for a journey.
LB985X06J - DaBen: Being light, being, being space
DaBen: Welcome.
Connecting with the seed group and connecting with your guide, and moving to the light body, the light body cocoon, noticing the frequencies here, the patterns, and the cocoon boundary out as far as you can comfortably hold.
Good. And now moving to the being space, that opening that you are so familiar with, and then stepping forward and then being drawn into that recognized consciousness, and into that space, and that cone providing a focus to points of light, to points of consciousness as light, that are light.
And recall that a part of developing your main being space experience was moving out with this cone to focus, you recognize that you could be, and perhaps are, one of those points of light, one of those consciousnesses as light.
Experiencing being in that consciousness, being that consciousness, being light, being light as a point of consciousness within the being space, being.
Good. Now, notice the energy of the group as you are as an individual, you as a point of light are able to begin to even experience being that point, and just being that light, a whole opening and whole shift, and as light, as a unique consciousness in this being space, and being your experience and then expressing being light, and then experiencing being light in your entire unique consciousness and its expressions.
Experiencing those spaces now, being, being space, being light, being light as your experience, your expression, the received energy of those expressions as light.
Very good. Now, being light as a part of the seed group, creating harmonies within the seed group, within your expressions of your being as light.
Good. And just letting that go now. That was a very wonderful opening that you have created here.
And coming back to the time and space of the earth plane, at your own pace and rhythm. And with that, we bid you most pleasant journeys for now.

Duane: Excellent. Wonderful space.
I think we have an energy that can be easily experienced about being light and being space, and the connections and the openings that we will soon, I think, open to an experience of purity of energy and white light as well from this opening. So thank you all very much.
Okay. DaBen says that we have been invited back to the variations of light beings to explore more deeply these energies. So that will be the last journey, unfortunately the last journey of this seed group. We have done so many spaces, just amazing.
Okay. So enjoy. This should be a great opening. So as we explore here use the seed group to connect and be even more coherent, for lack of a better term, in holding and being in those energies with these very special beings.

LB985X08J - DaBen: Variations of light beings, openings
DaBen: Welcome.
It is your honor to be invited in this way to the variations of light beings, to open and share our experiences.
So connecting with your guide now and connecting with the group, moving to the light body, the light body cocoon.
And now following these shifts with your guide’s assistance, following these shifts to the portal.
Good. And now, approaching the variations of light beings, connecting with your beings, the greetings of welcome and your response as light.
Recognize that these beings were very pleased and wonderfully amazed at your ability to be light, and they recognize that you have the consciousness as individuals and as a group to go more deeply into the portal experience of that higher level of fluidity with white light, and they want to assist you in moving to those spaces.
So creating those harmonies now to establish a deeper and deeper connection with your beings, harmonizing. And when you feel that it is right with your beings to even perhaps express your being of light, your ability to be light in harmonics to their energy.
It is a natural part of your skill, expression as light, to complete and create patterns, create organizations of light.
And now, with this energy directed by the variations of light beings follow this opening to that purity, to that white light, moving more deeply, rising in that energy to a higher level the variations of light beings are holding for you, holding that level, giving you the light buoyancy, so to speak, to reach this level.
And in so doing becoming aware of your consciousness and its expressions in that fluidity, in that constant motion, in this opening that is your light, that is your being, that is this expression of your consciousness, of your unique consciousness, of your ability to share in wonderful opening ways your affinity, as it were, to creating opportunities for shifts, for your playing, for your having achieved such a level of consciousness and a mastery of these spaces in so many ways.
To have such skill as to be viable and successful and creating an earth plane life of meaning and value, and have that express and carry you to these high levels of being light, and to recognize the ways that you have this mastery and this ability to open these energies.
And contribute to these variations of light beings, your variations of light beings as individuals and as a group, by being light as completely as your experience and consciousness will allow, in so doing sharing the subtleties of your light, so that these beings can assist you and notice those wonderful harmonies that you are.
Good. And now, letting yourself as your being of light be carried by this higher layer of fluidity we will call it for now, this constant motion, this nature of being light, of light being that energy, that you are of this light.
As you become more conscious of it you recognize its nature, its openness, it is ever in a creation. A recreation, a creation, an opening seeking expressions at as many levels as appropriate to that energy coming all the way to your beingness, your presence on the earth plane as a physical being, all the transitions making that light with that underlying motion and constant motion, that fluidity of this deeper level, at this higher level expression, at this deep level of being light in a physical presence.
Good. And now, the layers of light beings, or the variations of light beings bring you back to a more normal level of the portal, to the level that you are familiar with, so that you might try to balance here as well as being light, and experiencing that white light, that energy, but in a more normal white light fashion, assuming that there is one.
But you will find that level that you can experience easily, but knowing that there is this underlying foundational, and beyond those words, that is assisting your consciousness in its evolution, that is the very nature of your being conscious and expressing as light, such that light as these variations of light beings have shown you many, many times is an opening into your consciousness, as an expression of that consciousness, it is also an opening.
Good. Now, thanking these beings and expressing your gratitude for their gifts to you, of showing you, of being in these spaces with you, of sponsoring you in these spaces, as they express their joy for you and their appreciation for your sharing these energies of your being with them.
Good. And now as a group with your guides coming back through the portal. Such a special opening these beings have provided, as you come back now through the portal, through these shifts, to your light body, and thanking the group, thanking your guide.
And now in a very smooth way translating that energy back as much as you would like to a shimmer in the Renawre cocoon, as you come back now smoothly and easily, at your own pace and rhythm, perhaps slowly.
We send you our gratitude for playing in this way, and for all of the consciousness that you have built. Truly wonderful.
